Really? I didn't know they did interviews on weekends. I'm glad we all made it this far

My last interview was last Wednesday 3/24. I was a little worried of course but no news is good news sometimes.

Wow i thought you interviewed on the 28th....you waited that long for the hireright....felt great to get it after waiting that Long....whewwww....i must say it again...CONGRATS!!!!!!

I am going crazy!!!!! I have been keeping my phone by all day waiting and hoping for the offer call. I have some savings that i am living off of right now but do not want to start looking for anything else. It will be such a huge relief if and when they call.

Hey guys, I've been lurking around reading this since I applied for Apple and I just want to thank everyone for how helpful they've been. You guys are great.

Here's my timeline just for comparison since I applied more recently.

3/10 Applied
3/14 Questionnaire
3/18 Info session email
3/22 Interview email
3/25 Application for employment
3/26 Interview day!
3/29 Info session
4/1 HireRight email

It's been moving right along at a pretty quick pace, I'm stoked on this. Hope it all works out for everyone. Here's to more waiting!

I didn't get my BGC email until Feb. 28th, and my 3rd interview was on Feb. 25th. My offer call came about 10 days later (almost exactly a month before my start date). Stay patient! "No news is good news" was my mantra...

Ok so called hire right and I'm 70% done. I'm hoping their done by tomorrow so I can continue the wait of death. No news is good news but I just want this to be over. Even IF I don't get it for whatever reason (my record is clean btw), I wonder how long before I can re-apply.

I've seen people re apply right after they got the "thanks but no thanks" email.

Yep, alot of them were. It was almost like they knew what to expect and not as nervous. There was one just recently that was on this thread, I cant remember the name though.

From everything I've seen, they tend to come later in the day. I was biting my fingernails up until 7:00pm Central time the day I got my call. When 7pm finally rolled around, I literally said, "Well, it's 5:00 in CA now, so obviously no call today..."
She called me @ 7:06 CST.

It makes no difference whether you believe me or not and the inflated ego assumption was based more on your post and signature than anything else.

In regards to accomplishments, they mean very little in the big picture, they're merely stepping stones toward whatever you define as success. The older and hopefully, wiser you get, the more you'll realize that "accomplishments" are ultimately how we've impacted the people around us and society as a whole. Its not always about who has the most toys at the end.

And yes, I am over 50, been to college, served in the US Navy and Merchant Marine, lived and worked in 3 different countries and have been in IT for 25 years. My most important accomplishment? Stacking sandbags during a typhoon in a small village in the Philippines.

Well that makes me feel better. All the emails i have ever received also came later in the day. Just kills me waiting. I am cery confident in all the interviews and feel they wouldnt have sent me a background check if they werent already going to hire me. Why spend money on someone you have no interest in. I know i will just breath a huge sigh of relief when that call comes. Too much anticipation built up. Lol

The guys ego is a little too big here. You can be a tech wiz, but that doesn't mean crap if you can't talk to people. You're AHT can be 5 minutes because you solve everyones problem fast, but if you're CSAT is 50%, it won't matter much.

I applied last Tuesday for the first time. After reading this thread I submitted multiple applications in various cities on Thursday and Friday. Still no 11 questions email. I was wondering if any other recent applicants have been contacted? I did see one person that applied 3/27 and was immediately contacted with the email questionnaire. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

Can I ask what AHT and CSAT stand for? If you can tell me, that is.
