All common sense, how would you like to be treated

Does anyone know what type of questions are asked in the third interview? I am wondering since the interview will be 45 min to an hour long. Yikes!!

Just do what/how you would like to be treated, go with the flow.

After you get the job, it is 8 hours of interviews every day.

I have every faith you'll knock it out of the park.

All the Best,
Jedi

OMG! Now Hirewrong says my DBA is not acceptable because portions are hand written! It is a "fill in the blank" style form signed by the town clerk and embossed. They refuse to call the town hall.

Spoke to them again to a woman that felt like my mom. She said to wait till I hear from Apple and the fact that my documents don't meet the standards may not be a negative because it is just unverifiable. She said to check back with hireright in 48 hours and see where they are at but my dba is still no good. And it is not within the guidelines of their "checking" to call the town hall. How crazy. They can verify a document with a phone call but they won't.
I guess I will just wait. I even offered to get the thing notorized. Not good enough. I'm going to town hall tomorrow to see if I can get a copy that is all typed. Like that is any better (I could type it myself).

LOL. I actually didn't accept the job in the end, so if anybody's applying through Kelly, a spot just opened up.

I did that too. I got the kelly offer and turned it down.

okay, thank you for replying

np. That whole webcam thing kind of bothered me with the way it was worded. had me wondering if there was going to be dress requirements as well.....

Lol did you wanna do it naked? Could of just covered up the cam. I don't see why there would be a dress code, it's your home and no one sees you.

HireRight

Haha, well heres something cool I found out that you can do with HireRight, if your waiting for your background check. You can log into your HR account and set up text notifications. Now when a discrepancy appears, Now I will know right away :) -_-
Plus, what I did since they just received my bckg info this morning. I went ahead and sent in(Uploaded online) an old copy of paycheck, hopefully that will help..

Yeah, that should help. They accepted a pay stub from one of my employers as a form of verification.
Good luck!

Does anyone know what type of questions are asked on your third interview?

Know what RAM, hard drive, software vs. hardware, and CPU are. Know types of operating systems. Know uses of WIFI, Hotspot, routers, and bluetooth.

Know your computer specs. Know how to troubleshoot: internet issues, iPhone not connecting, usb not working, a printer not printing, not receiving/sending emails, a computer that isn't printing.

Know: Safe mode and when you would use it. Why Apple? Why AHA position?

Be able to answer standard "tell me about a time you...." type questions, and emphasize empathy in the answer. Most of these questions will be customer service oriented.

Try to focus on explaining things simply and with empathy. They don't want you to come off too nerdy (that you are nonhuman), but still smart enough to know that you have the ability to learn and do the job well.

I hope that helps! ;)

My story:

I had the third interview last wednesday, 4/10. I was told that it would take up to a week to hear back from someone. The next day, I received a request for a background check through HireRight. After submission, I checked the website for completion all through the weekend. This morning, HireRight said that the report was complete. I perused the documentation, but there were no discrepancies. I had to leave the house today, but when I returned there were two missed calls from an unfamiliar number but no messages were left. I was able to determine through an internet search that the person who had called was the male recruiter from the second interview. I tried to call the number back, but got no answer (it was much later in the evening). So I've got my fingers crossed. Either the recruiter called to tell me I had the job or better luck next time. I hate that I missed the phone call. What do you folks think?

You got the job. They don't call if you didn't get it. Time to celebrate! What class are you?

Thanks! I hope I got the job. I mean, that's what it seems like but I've been trying very hard not to get my hopes up until I have official verification (which is extremely difficult).

Oh, and I will be in the 5/20 class.

Awesome, we are in the same class!! You totally have the job. No need to sweat. 5/20 whoop!

Great! I can't wait to get started! I don't think I've ever wanted a job so badly. Throughout the interview process I've been checking my emails almost nonstop...on my iphone. I graduated last spring with an associate's in information technology and this is the closest I've found to a job in my field (currently a server).

I wonder what the next step in the process is, i.e. when they send out the business equipment-and what the specs are-, when I will start what I can only assume will be massive amounts of paperwork, etc.

Should I call the recruiter that called me back tomorrow, or wait for him to call me?

Congrats!! What documents did you need to send into Hireright?

OJT, trial be fire, about how long before the comfort zone kicks in 30-90 days

They can't watch your screen unless you allow a remote session. There's absolutely no way to cheat on the tests so not much point in watching you take it. Even if you had someone standing next to you that's already taken it they're randomized enough where most questions would be different.

Despite the training and tests you're going to be clueless when you first start in on the phones and the stuff you really need to know can only be learned OTJ.

How long before the comfort zone with both the tools and questions. I'm thinking it was like 30-60 days for most of it. Ah the tools are great, well ok then good?

iOS sound like a pain......

Just imagine what a support would be like we worked for, Charmin Toilet paper Viagra MUST be like...... Sample call to Viagra help desk: Hello sir, I have a very big problem the label said to call if it lasted more than 4 hours and it's going on 6 hours and i'm really worried about my status..... Support rep: First don't worry w have been there it will be fine, 1st trouble shooting question how many viagra pills and the size did you take, customer reply: just 1 of the big one's blue I think, Support tech: OK, that good, how OLD are you? Customer reply: about 18, er 17 and half...... Support tech: Well I see, I'm sure well be ok, because I had that same problem at your age EVEN without Viagra, Why did you take it? Customer: You might be on to something there as before Viagra it lasted only about 3 hours, so thank you Jim I feel much better now, and since talking with you I going down. You fixed the problem,,so I can go back to the girls at the party. Support tech Jim: Glad the hear it's better and happy to help.
