I have my third interview tomorrow via FaceTime with a "hiring manager". Previous interviewer (HR rep) mentioned it would likely be 30-40 minutes and involve more extensive troubleshooting. I am nervous and excited and ready to try whatever they throw at me! Good luck, everybody!

Just try and keep in mind that it is much more about the customer experience and making sure the customer is comfortable and you understand there problem and sympathize rather than knowing all the technology. They will teach you all the technology information, just be sure to provide an amazing customer experience

I saw my buddy, who has been doing this job for over a year, tonight at our local hangout. After talking with him for about 20 minutes, I'm pretty excited to start on the 5th. I know some people with tech backgrounds don't think it's all that great, but as someone who has a retail/customer service background, this sounds like it's going to be a blast.

so wednesday i got a call about an AHA job; interview for that is this coming Monday

just got an email about the at home mac expert. anyone else interviewed or know any info on the mac expert?

i'm working full time now and it'd be super nice to not have to go down to part time / flex with the AHA but i'm not sure about the mac expert since it's so new

any help is welcomed!

You'll get the specs from HR not long after you're hired. Better to get it from the horses mouth than second hand from a forum.

Second Interview 7/2 2pm today

I'm extremely nervous as interviewing is not an area in which I thrive. The facetime thing freaks me out. I wish it were a phone call. My appearance is not appealing. I'm a great CSR, but have a face for radio I hope 10lbs of makeup will make me tolerable!

it went really well today. she said she was going to fwd me more information about a 2nd FaceTime interview that would be 45-60 min long

and never did.

No, the hiring manager said that they will send it out in a few weeks before the equipment.

So August 12th class is definitely confirmed to be CPU?

Yup! this is confirmed information, also said that it is part time but there expecting it to get busy very soon, so thats good news for me.
