When I spoke to Comcast they actually had to send me to another department to take off the calling features because "she couldn't". All-in-all I just got a basic local only phone plan which runs me about $30 a month with Comcast.

And dont mention its for business, she quickly tried to up me to a business line which starts at $60 a month and I had to explicitly tell her that I did not want a business line, just a home line.

My HRWeb and MyPage stuff just unlocked :) Pretty neat to see all the information layed out, pretty informative, like every job tho there is the "honeymoon phase" and im sure in a few weeks it will be same old same old :p

Do you current AHA's recommend a mid back office chair or high back? Any links to decent ones would be awesome. Searched the thread and could not come up with a definite answer.

yea I know we are in training for 4 weeks and nesting for about another 4 weeks, and from what I understand in the paperwork session, the nesting period is split between taking calls and one on ones, so I figured the trainers will only work daytime hours.....Does anybody know if training hours and nesting hours will be the same??

I went mid-back and don't have any regrets :) It's really an "each his/her own" sorta thing.

Can I just say, good freaking luck to all of you who have gone with Comcast. I made the mistake of doing that myself and the only thing I regret more is ever getting married. We told them up front "Absolutely no features" and despite that, we ended up with call waiting that was apparently impossible to remove for more than three days in a row. I've missed work because of it and spent ridiculous numbers of hours talking to tech support about it and even bitched on their Facebook about it. I've switched my number to Centirylink and they've been amazing. I wouldn’t do business with Comcast again for anything.

Nesting question?

Has anyone answered the nesting questions? Is nesting part time or full time? How many weeks is nesting? I did search the thread but didn't really find the answer. Thanks

When I started reading this thread it was all labour research now it's all about people telling the answers right off the bat then it went to telling how things work and what employees get such as what kinda of perks now I know that makes it more exciting but come on people really not to sound rude but a lot of question have already been answered back in thread if you can not research for them how are you going to so this job from what I gathered research is 90 percent of the job
