Why doesn't one of the current AHA's just state the official home office desk and chair specifications so we can all have an idea as to what is required.
A good one.

Well I didn't get the job. Got the email today. I don't know what I did wrong. I have worked on pcs since I was seven, and have did customer service for over 20 years. Went through all three interviews.. and nothing.
They actually rather you sit on the floor and drop acid
Apple gives you specs and you follow them. As much as they have all these rules and regulations.. not much is in stone. Relax and just do your best.. if it is wrong they will let you know and you correct it.
Background check and everything? Wow, sorry to hear that. You should reapply.

Don't think they got that far. I had phone interview, then face time interview, then another face time interview and finally the dreaded denial email. I'm pretty down about it...I am deserving of that job
Well I got my login for mypage and read through all that stuff. My phone line will be turned on Monday and sometime during the week I'll receive my equipment........ Ugh, the waiting is horrible. I just want to work already. I finished my old job on May 30th and moved to a new state... I don't know anyone here except for my boyfriend so I really just want to start working again so I have something to do and money to spend! LOL..
So, I think you should reapply if you really want this job. Maybe, dumb it down a bit during your interview. As most have stated, this job is more customer service than it is tech talk. I think part of the interviews are a test to see if you will start into tech term, jargon, babble or, can speak in terms that can be understood by a 8 year old.
Good luck SuunyB
Thanks, I agree. I will keep reapplying, as I know I am fit for this job. I am very customer service oriented. I did mortgage loans for 12 years, as well as home parties. I also sold cars for special financing. I could talk a customer into paying $500/mo for a car that I would pay over $250/mo for. 75% of my career background was commission based, so I worked extra hard to meet the quotas every month. It's a bit disheartening when you know your skills and background only to be turned down for the position. I really felt like I nailed the interview, but apparently I was over confident.

I really question people who are supposed to help customers fix things when they can't do something simple like navigate to a webpage, or type in an account name correctly.....
There's an adage that goes,"The only stupid question is the one not asked.". Bollocks I say, I heard plenty of them in training. How some of those people got hired I really don't know. Now I take escalations from them because either 1. They don't know how to talk to customers or 2. They have no clue about how technology works. And here I thought I was a bad fit for the job.
They couldn't pay me enough to be a Team Manager... I'd end up going postal anyway.
Anyone know the average pay for a team manager?
