Good luck!

I start training the 23rd of September. I have used a Mac for ever but, some how I am nervous about the exams. I think the anticipation is making me over think this whole process? I have a lot on the line. I built an office on my house to accommodate this job. It sounds crazy I know, I have had lots of nervous energy and most of the materials I needed, I had leftover from my previous line of work. This is my dream job. I know some of you may scoff at that but, I am in a position where; this would be a great opportunity for me and my family. I do believe, positions at most leading corporate giants are going the way of this one. I will be happy to have this position.

Tomorrow is the big day. Last day of training before nesting and final exam day. I found the first exam to be really easy but the second one took some research on my part to find all the answers and still missed a couple that were worded in a way that made them difficult to answer correctly. Here's hoping this last one goes well and that myself and the rest of us noobs kick some ass in nesting and then start cranking out some overtime.

Many thanks again to AG and The Hibernian for their continued input into this forum. You guys are great.

I'll see you in class! I too believe that this position will be great for me. I may find otherwise once I start, but I have always enjoyed helping out others and the fact that I get to do so for Apple just puts the icing on the cake for me. I too have used a Mac for quite some time and also have a little of the anxiety as our start date approaches. I've been without a job for 8 months and think this could be a good position for me. I look forward to starting with you on the 23rd!

Has anyone ever had the background check and then not been offered the job? My two friends that work for Apple have both congratulated me; they're say that once you have the background check and it comes back clear you have the position. I haven't received an official job offer yet, and I'm just wondering.
Background check cleared Thursday so it's not like it's been a few weeks.

Have patience. It can take several weeks after a bg check comes back before apple contacts you.

Hi again. Can someone give me clarity? Do you have to live within 100 miles of the city that the AHA position is posted? Or is it by time zone? It may be on here but I didn't see any postson it. Thank you!!
