Wish u luck! Like abananas said, it's laid back and actually fast. You'll do well. My second interview including all the maps clarification was 21 min long. She said the third interview will be about 20 min as well, but FaceTime.
Got my " Thank you email " too...
I wasn't informed of a 3rd interview. I was told to keep an eye on my email for further instructions. Im guess a yea or nay email.

Thanks but no thanks email?

Have you scheduled yours? Mine is friday.
is this your 3rd interview? If so, I wish you luck. A 3rd interview was not mentioned to me.
Did you make it to the third interview?
They gave me the standard prep info for the third interview:
-will be in depth
-will be technical
-will have role playing
-"be enthusiastic about your apple products"
-be prepared to discuss your customer support experience
-emailed me links to apple support site ("be prepared")
I, of course, am freaking out. I have made flash cards with ALL published interview questions. But, if this has mapping in it, I don't know what to expect.
Anyone know how "technical" third interview questions are?

This is everything they told me in the interview I had Tuesday for my next interview on Thursday. So I'm guessing Thursday is my third interview since my first was before they switched to the Maps position.
Hello all,
I just got done with my 3rd interview for the Apple At Home Advisor: Maps position.
The first interview was great but probably the hardest (though still pretty easy) out of the three. It was over the phone and asked a lot of tech questions.
The second interview was the easiest and done over Facetime. The interviewer was one of the nicest ladies I've ever talked to and didn't ask any tech questions, it was all about customer service and your work history.
The third interview was a little nerve-wracking as it was a mixture of the previous two but the questions were a little more difficult and hard to answer on the spot. It wasn't anything extreme but some questions were very similar and I wasn't sure if I had answered it wrong the first time and they were looking for a different answer or if I was missing something that made the questions different so I'm just hoping I didn't stumble on those.
The man who interviewed me the third time told me I would wait a week or two to hear back on whether I got the job or not and that he would be sending all of the information off to a supervisor or something so I hope that's not a bad sign because I quit my current job for this one because of how badly I want the position.
If anybody has any questions about the process feel free to ask.
The third interview was over Facetime and around 20-25 minutes long. What did they ask on the third interview? How long did it last? And was it FaceTime as well?

I was asked a range of questions, here are some I remember.
Have you ever used longitude and latitude to find a location?
Tell me about a time that you had to do repetitive tasks while learning something new.
Tell me about a recent time you had to learn something difficult.
Can you step by step lead me through how to teach somebody with little to no technology experience how to use something (you can use an example)?
How do you keep yourself from becoming distracted?
When have you had to use skills that you believe are relevant to this position?
Tell me a little bit about yourself.
Step by step lead me through how you solve a problem.
How do you help others solve problems?
How do you keep up to date on technology?
Tell me about a recent time you had to learn something new that is technology related.
This was the best one
What single device would you bring on a long road trip?
Anyone have some of the interview questions from the 2nd interview for Maps AHA?
It is my third. Don't count yourself out yet, the training class I'm hoping for doesn't start till November.
Mostly customer service and discovery questions...
How would you deal with an angry customer?
Tell me about your previous job.
What did your previous job duties include?
Why did you leave your previous job?
Tell me about a time when you had an aggravated customer, how did you handle the situation?
What tech devices do you have?
How do you use your devices in your every day life?
All that sort of thing...

This will most likely be my final post as I no longer have a connection to Apple Inc. or Apple products. I was in fact terminated for violating the NDA with a couple of my posts here so consider yourself warned: If you do post after you become an employee be very cautious of what you say because they will find you.
I'm sure it's AOS that's why I was wondering did anyone else in the oct 7 class receive an email stating that they were AOS. Does this consist of any tech support or just online orders??
