I understand where you are coming from and the frustrations that these posts (mine included) may have caused.
I believe that we speak out just so that others can investigate the position for themselves, before they apply. Read up on what current and former AHA representatives are saying, or have said.
I wouldn't want for anyone to endure this unless they really are not an IT pro and just want a job where they can sit @ home, talking on the phone for 8 hours a day.
Personally I get bored just sitting & accomplishing close to nothing.
Sure we help folks who can't (or won't) help themselves.

I'm very technically savvy, have work experience but lack much degree experience. While I know this job won't make me an experienced it professional it will buy me time. Time to finish my degree, with tuition reimbursement, while earning experience with a company whose name on paper will give me more credit than my college degree can buy. Keep in mind there are lots of people out there with lots of different goals and ultimately you are just keeping people from applying.
