I agree I was told the 25th to and think thats kind of questionable since I too have not done the BGC and 3rd interview(if there is one) yet.
My interviewer told me there is a third interview, but they're meeting on Friday to determine who gets to that interview. He said expect an email by the middle of next week to find out either way.
EDIT: The fact he cut me off in the middle of the second support call scenario is making me a little nervous. But he was coming up on the 20-minute mark and I think they try to keep all the interviews to that time.

I got the same answer today of there is a meeting Friday and to expect an email either way middle of next week for 3rd interview.
Far as mines went. I couldn't really read the man but I did best I knew how.
Now just hope for the best.
THATS ALL.

--------------

I sent a thank you letter to recruiter and 2nd interviewer and I got this reply from recruiter:

Thank you for your email. At this time we are not screening applicants, however as soon as we start up again, I will send your resume for review with the hiring team and if they feel you are a match they will reach out. Thank you for your interest in Apple.

So does this mean ill get the thanks but no thanks email?

Hi, I am considering applying as a AppleCare at home advisor.

I was wondering are AppleCare at home advisors allowed to use something like nuance's Dragon software ? In place of typing. It's a software where you talk and the computer writes what you say in case you don't know.

Thats really strange.I did my 2 interviews already. No mention about the background check at all yet. Before my 2nd interview though I was told aside from my resume and cover letter already on the site to fill out the doc of personal info.Maybe this is for the background check? No idea as it wasn't explained.Still haven't heard a word today as I was told I would get an email this morning.Nerve racking for sure but remaining optimistic. Congrats to you. :)

They didn't tell me about the background check, I just got the email to fill out information for it a couple hours after my second interview. It isn't on the Apple site, it's for a background check company. It really is a nerve racking wait. I think different positions have different # of interviews required because I only had 2 and that was for chat starting the 18th. I wish everyone the best of luck!

Got a very unattached, cannned, and un-empathetic reply via email today.

I do not feel the 2nd interviewer was very friendly, left out a lot of details, and asked role play questions that an apple customer wouldnt be calling in about. In the end, leaves me a 3 sentence reply saying I was not selected to move on after 3 days of being on pins and needles.I am walking away from this experiece proud but Apple has left a very bad taste in my mouth.

After reading all the horror stories on the net about the at-home advisor experience maybe its better I was not selected.Good luck to you all.

Oh well

I've just got that thanks but no thanks email.
Disappointed yes
But seems like I got the worst guy for 2nd interview. He really seemed unapproachable maybe cause he already made his mind. I was very polite and empathetic when role play came. He just seemed to have his mind made few minutes after FaceTime started regardless of my expertise.
Oh well. Yes I'm disappointed but knocked down but not out.
Good luck to all that remains

Just got an email sent the other day that I got Apples attention, go a AppleCare, Direct Dispatch Customer Service, has anyone gotten an email like this before for this position? It asked when the best time to reach me is, my name and number. The recruiters name was Farnaz Fattahi. I filled it out the same night and haven't heard anything back. How long does it usually take?

Lucky, lucky!!! What kind of iMac? 21.5" or 27"? Does it have a cd/DVD drive? I hate to ask (I applied and I'm just curious) if you start up the iMac, would you go to the Apple logo in the very upper left hand corner and click on "About This Mac". What are the specs of the machine?

I hope to hear from them soon! What are you working support for?

I just applied and am waiting patiently to hear back. However, I do have one question:

1. How are breaks done? Is there a set time or if you gotta go then you gotta go?

i have a question for the at home advisors here, or at least the ones who got to the interview stage;
the question about why you want this job- what did you put down?
i chose that i'm a mac enthusiast
i know my region is hiring, the page was updated as of today on the apple jobs site
kind of stressing already
