This is who I envision sitting behind your computer screen HA!

I almost sent that one to sk2bbb earlier when ask to show what I have..... Great minds think alike! :D

Okay, yep, I'm digressing AGAIN! So what?! LOL

I spoke to my team manager today. He gave me a list of items to look for in the boxes and let him know ASAP if any were missing. He clarified that boxes can be opened early and view their contents, but Apple wants us to set up equipment on-the-clock so it can pay us for that task. I thought that may have been the case....

What a difference in demonstrating an "employee-focus" culture than Kelly Services. I recall Kelly instructing that I setup the equipment as soon as it arrived and confirm connectivity, blah blah blah.....

Salaries of AHA Tier 2 and Team Managers

Does anyone has insight or a guestimate about how much AHAs at higher tiers are paid or how much the team managers make?

Our team manager on the paperwork call said not to open and setup the computer until the 10 minutes till start time. I understand that theres laws against working off the clock, but what if the computer is broken?

She also said theres a smaller surprise box that isn't to be opened until told to. She said you might be brought up infront of the camera to show everyone you didn't open up your other small box. YIKES to whom ever opens that box before told to.

I was pondering this myself. The team manager role is intriguing. You'll see once you start. Varied duties, lots of accountability, great support tools, and mentoring opportunities.

I was told the same during the new hire paperwork conference call. I believe, however, this conference was comprised of the area manager and HR personnel. You will meet your team manager a few days before your start date. Actually, I recall the area manager reciting a list of the names of the "team managers" who would be assigned teams starting on my hire date.

Got a phone call from apple a couple hours ago about the position, unfortunately I was away from my phone. Called the person back but just got her voice mail. Left a message and will hopefully hear something tomorrow.

I'm sure if you get hired and ask the right person you might get answer but generally speaking, sharing salary info. is not a part of any corporate culture. A few of us(students) have asked about tier 2 and manager salaries but only found out that it's higher but could not get exact figures. Your salary is HUGELY dependent on what state you're in.

I know a lot more now(about the job) than I did before beginning training but there is too much to list and there are things I'm just not allowed to disclose. I can tell you that technical knowledge means very little on tier 1 and customer service skills mean everything. Tier 1 is all about fixing the customer, not the device.

Not in a million years would I do this job for $9.15 an hour from Kelly.

1 week today since I was told background done with the exception of records from Meigs County OH (speeding ticket) they've yet to respond to hireright request and offer calls are being made for the 10/22 class. Any suggestions on what I should do. Meigs County OH has about 3,000 residents. It's a small town and I just feel they (Meigs County) are clueless

Thanks so much for the wealth of info! Since you commenced training, I think you have taken a sip of what some posters are calling Apple's "kook"aid or "kool"aid (no sure which term is the proper one). :)
