For example, I'm not a huge fan of Tim Cook, but I'm not stupid enough to say he's a bad CEO. Look at Apple's stock price.

I am calling it what it is. As much as I hate pretty much what he stands for, I would accept he’s a good businessman if you can show me any specific venture where he actually was.

Don’t mention the NFTs or trading cards though. You only need to be a person with zero morals or principles to do that. Nothing to do with intellect.

Name ONE "billionaire" who needs to sell gold-plated shoes, fake coins, chinese-printed bibles with a truncated version of the Constitution included, and "super-hero" cards, just to pay off his lawyers (many of whom are now in prison; do they need to be paid?)

If anyone’s expecting Tim Cook to stand for his principles here then you’re in for a rude awakening.

This country runs on money, not morals or principles. Only interests of those with the biggest pockets will be heard and Tim Cook is no exception.

I am pretty sure that the decision to donate must have been taken after consulting with Tim Cook’s personal army of financial advisers.

To the people who “cannot believe Cook could do such a thing!” This is why you aren’t running a trillion dollar multinational company.

Why does Cook cozy up to the CCP? Why does Apple go along with the EU DMA? Why does Cook donate to the Trump Inauguration? Because at that level you’re playing a game with the highest of stakes with people who ultimately hold the power to devastate your company.

My man, that's just how business works. If you're disappointed, then you're disappointed with capitalism. Large businesses don't become and certainly don't stay large if they are strongly partisan. That has zip, zilch, nada to do with "integrity."

I loathe DJT. But if I were Tim Cook — or any Fortune 500 CEO for that matter — I'd play this the exact...same...way.

I remember vividly when he was introducing his granddaughter to a crowd in November of 2020.

He introduced her as his "son Beau Biden who many of you helped elect to the senate of Delaware"...

His son died years before; Beau was never elected to anything; he was speaking to a crowd in Pennsylvannia...

My grandfather had dementia so it was pretty easy to recognize. Of course people will dishonestly claim he is "sharp as a tack" as they have the past four years but if there's one thing that's been clear, he has no idea what's going on, where he is, when he is, at just about any time. Other people have been running the whole show and he just signs what's there and attempts to read the teleprompter (verbatim, apparently).

I can't cuz no billionaire with an oz of intellect have ever managed to bankrupt 6 businesses. And I don't know any billionaires who were sued cuz they didn't pay their lawyers either.

He's a con artist and there's ppl believing he's the second coming of J who will buy anything he sells. And as long as ppl keep buying, he'll keep selling and he can keep rich.

Oh...and on inflation: Check when Trump in his first term got OPEC nations to cut production and you'll see the start of the inflationary spike that got us here. And ironically, the infamous skyrocketing price of eggs had nothing to do with Trump, Biden, oil, Covid, supply lines, etc... it was bird flu. Almost 100 million egg laying hens and other poultry was culled since February 2022. That is was caused the price of eggs to skyrocket.

Yeah eggs went up…what’s your explanation for homes, property taxes, rent, gas, insurance, heating, on and on and on and on…..

As far as who’s qualified….the world now knows and it’s confirmed what was elected in 2020 was a shell of a person. People said Trump should be kicked out of office for walking down a ramp too slowly after a rain storm and then the next guy proceeds to fall off a bike, stage, up the stairs, wears special shoes…..and then says he’s the sharpest he’s ever been in his career……in the words of Steve Jobs…. “are you getting it yet?”

People don’t care that Trumps a jerk! They know, he knows it, he admits it, his supporters admit it…..and he still won. But good god the last 4 years have been an embarrassment to this country. People want some kind of strength and stability ….hope and joy don’t pay the damn bills.
