Originally had a delivery date of 11/3 since I ordered within the first minute of pre-ordering. However, UPS lost my package on the morning of the 3rd on route to the final destination. They are now doing an investigation alongside Apple but could take 7 to 10 business days to figure out. If they can't find it, Apple will have to send me a new phone, likely after the 3-4 week wait period. Great...
Mine: Canceled! This is BS! What’s the point to stay up at 12:00 AM PT to pre-order and get 2-3 weeks delivery window if is easier just to show up the lunch day at Apple Store and get one.
Are you on the iup?
Anyone live in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area? Just curious to know if you think they unload at the Fed EX hub here

Tried ordering as soon as the phone became available. Numerous problems on the AT&T side prompted the Apple app to show me a message that said that they’d reserve a phone for me and would send me an email when I could complete the order.
The email came on Friday and I completed the order around noon or 1:00. At this point, the store was showing a 5-6 week wait. My order had a 11/17-11/24 estimate.
My order was for a 256GB space grey AT&T phone and is a new iup enrollment.
My order date has not changed and my card hasn’t been charged. I figure I’m somewhere near the back of the 11/17-11/24 group.

Ok I am trying to figure out the flightware flight times. UPS shows it got to Incheon, South Korea and its next stop is Anchorage,AK. I was just trying to figure the time diffrence between the two. I tried to but it just confuses me haha
Seoul is exactly 14 hours ahead of you.
So right now it is almost 3am there Tuesday morning.
Thing is the worst. He was two streets over from my house but then drove blocks away. I’m guessing overnights before 10:30 take priority. He was in my neighborhood for about 30 mins and now is about 2 miles south. In the end it doesn’t matter because I’m not home anyway but I was for about an hour this morning when he wasn’t far away at all.
I had a friend who worked for UPS, their routes are computer controlled to be the most "efficient" and they are on a pretty strict timeline per package.
FWIW, I am seeing the same thing and it is in infuriating.

Totally get it. Just kind of funny to watch.
In the end it gets to my house when it gets to my house. Still 11 days early.
Hell yea, I am stoked. I was expecting another two weeks, so this is amazing even if it is not till 6:00 before it arrives.
I can anwser this one as a UPS employee and driver.. you are right.. however early AM packages take priority over 10:30 NDA.. Early AM packages or letters have to be delivered by 8:30 AM.. Now for most other stuff like businesses 10:30 air is next..
Just a tip if you want to get your phone try having it set to your job even if it's not air a driver is not going to go back to the same place twice (we don't have time) so you get everything all in one shot
Our drivers don't leave the building until about 9:15-9:30.. I know some of you think you see out for delivery at 6:30 AM.. that just means it was scanned off the trailer and it's moving on the belts.

That system is pretty new.. they made it a big thing a lot of the drivers still hate it 3 years still.. you end up passing a bunch of stops just to do it how the system puts it in order..
I got charged Sunday morning didn’t change to preparing to ship till this morning, still says 17-24. Not iup
I’m in the 11/17-11/24 shipping window. 256GB SG AT&T, ordered on Apple Store, using AT&T Next plan to finance. Got my confirmation email at 3:11am EST.
I have seen dozens of cases where people ordering the exact same phone via the iPhone Upgrade Program get deliver dates moved up from as far out as December to this week. Several iUP users had the same delivery window as me, but got their phones on launch day. Apple is obviously prioritizing iUP users, although they won’t admit it. In my opinion this is bad customer service... not a good practice. People should not receive priority delivery based on how they choose to pay for their phone.
I would encourage people who are frustrated to call Apple and voice your opinion. Don’t be rude or abrasive, just straightforward and honest. I spoke with a senior advisor earlier today and voiced my opinion politely and she was very understanding an receptive. While she could not confirm whether or not Apple prioritized deliveries, she did acknowledge that a decision like that would come from much higher up in the chain of command. She made note of my complaint, gave me a case number and encouraged me to go to Apple.com/feedback and also voice my concerns there with a reference to the case number. She offered a free iPhone X case for my troubles and when I told her i already had a case, she gave me a free wireless charger!
If enough people make some noise, the process WILL change. Apple cares about its customers and wants us to keep us coming back.
