You are so lucky. Most likely mine will be ready tomorrow for delivery as mine is in Kentucky. It should go out tomorrow morning early enough for tomorrow’s delivery.
Anything processed at UPS WorldPort in Louisville can get anywhere in the country overnight. However, the Apple/UPS contract states how quickly it would get to you so trust the Apple date. You should have it by then.
Apple site Nov 21 delivery, UPS on the other hand say Friday between 11.15 and 3.15 pm

3 days? That’s does not seem right. I would contact UPS to see what’s going on.
I would not be completely surprised if Apple is using a more conservative delivery estimate, given some of the apparent issues with getting product moved through UPS. Better to underpromise and overdeliver.
similarly for me, Apple says Delivers on 11/20 and UPS tracking page says delivery information not available, but in the iOS UPS app it is listed under Friday between 1:15 and 5:15.
I'm surprised that so many of you are getting delivery windows from UPS. I never seem to get anything closer than "by end of day".
I would recommend to any who have their shipment in KY to go to UPS tracking and push the green "Change Delivery" button and select the first available date… It costs $5, but will get it to you on the next available shipment. See my previous posts. UPS may be holding them until the date Apple emailed you so that it wouldn't arrive while you are out of town, etc. unexpectedly.
Just got notice of a departure scan from Korea after less than a day there!
UPDATE: My phone is in Alaska after spending less that 24 hours in Korea. Things should move nice and quick for me now!

You should have called Apple when cancelling the order.
I cancelled one pick up order since Apple was having issues releasing the phone due to some error in there system. Apple just gave me the same model/configuration with a different order.
IMHO you should have called because my rep wanted to know why and how could Apple help to keep the order and get my phone on launch day.
Maybe a rep could have helped you get your phone shipped or have a closer location send one to you.

in my case, i called and cancelled my order bc my preorder night order stayed in 'order in progress' status for 2 f*cking weeks. i could not wait so i cancelled my order on friday and picked up my phone locally on sunday. the rep said that due to the volume, they could not garuntee that i would be able to pick up a phone locally so she did not give me that option. i am sure they will give this as an option as more and more phones make it into the market.
my wife could care less when the phone would get here so we didnt cancel hers
Very strange that my UPS my choice app doesn't show the blow-by-blow read out of the different departures and arrivals like I see you guys posting screenshots of here in this thread. It just shows the next one in line. I would think that app would be more specific.

Go to the UPS tracking, click "Change Delivery" and select the next date available for delivery. Costs $5
hello mayor. my wife's shipment details stopped after nov 10th but she got a message today saying the phone is out for delivery. i dont know what happened in the last 4 days. lol.
Wow. Just got updated from UPS and it says delivery tomorrow!
Where are we going to get another $5 from?!?!?! we just spent $1,442 on the phone+apple care+tax!!! lol
