You arrived late to the party. Dates on the pacific blue delivery dates starting slipping 13 mins after pre orders went live.
This one is now in flight (took off at 9:03 AM local time). I didn't see any scans on my tracking number, but don't know about others.
No that’s not how the UPS tracking works. They are together but the delivery date show is for the address it’s going to not to where UPS breaks it down.

I see a number of Kalitta 747s being moved to South Korea. These are some of the other options on top of normal UPS planes. One year my phone flew Korean Air Cargo.
I noticed that if I try to change my payment method for that loan it says I don’t have any payment methods associated. They have all been transferred to the new loan. Hopefully it doesn’t go though

Same, but I won't start panicking until Friday. These things are on a fast and wild journey around the world, I assume it's sitting next right next to the ones that did get the arrival scans.
Maybe if you get UPS Premium you can change the address you want your package delivered to? Worth the $ if that works so someone else in NY doesn’t end up with your new iPhone.
That’s how I would charge my iPhone 11 Pro Max at work. Never had a problem
