While I see your logic, I just want to play devil's advocate for a second. I haven't used a case since the iPhone X. As the screen sizes have gotten bigger, I've found adding cases makes the phones too bulky for my liking. On top of that, I hate the idea of covering the phone designs with a case. The iPhone Upgrade Program comes with Apple Care+ and the deductible for a shattered screen is $29. That's $6 less than the price of your case. I think careful people can live without a case (with the worst case scenario being paying $29 for a replacement screen). Of course, if you crack it once and have it replaced, I would seriously consider putting a case on it after fixing it because my recollection is that Apple Care + only covers two instances of accidental damage.

I really think it comes down to the person. I have friends in the construction industry who would break their phone once every two weeks without a case. Conversely, I sit at a desk and try to be very careful with my phone. It's not uncommon for me to only drop my phone once every few months, if at all.

I don’t put cases (rare) or screen protectors (never) on my iPhones unless I’m at the gym or running. I hate the look and feel of both, and I love the look and feel of the naked iphone. When I have cases on my iPhones, I don’t even like using it. Cases make the device feel significantly larger and heavier, even the Apple silicone and leather cases. That being said, I understand why others use a case. It’s just not for me. I may drop my phone some day, but 95% of the time, I’m not using a case. All of my iPhones look new when I sell or trade them.

Phone number, or order number minus last 2 digits. If you have mychoice it will show up there as well.
Is anyone else’s order showing no movement and no available UPS tracking? I ordered a Silver Pro 12 512GB which says Friday, 23rd delivery.

I used the order # minus the last two digets and it tracked something delivered on 2/14/17. LOL

Good discussion on cases.

I have always had a case on my phone -- even if clear to show the colour -- since I'm prone to dropping my phone. This year I ordered an Apple case since I didn't see many/any other options that supported MagSafe. $49 feels like a lot, and I've had such good luck with Spigen, Incipio and Otterbox cases to name a few, so I'm hesitant about this (still to be delivered) Apple case. Am I putting too much emphasis on a case being MagSafe compatible?

Got an email stating there a problem processing my apple order. Its just for the accessories, I wonder if its has anything to do with the wrong color wallet case that showed up on my order.

I believe that was my iPhone X order from 2017. It came through Louisville KY, and the iPhones are the only thing I ever ordered that came through there I believe.

My iPad came through there. I pre ordered an 8th Generation iPad so it came all the way from China. My iPhone SE which I ordered in August came from Memphis directly via Fed Ex.

I'm in Texas, so every time I pre-order it goes from China/Alaksa/Kentucky/Texas although I think my XS Max also went through Korea maybe...

I’m in Minnesota so when something comes through Louisville it goes to Minneapolis(for me) and than out to our local UPS site before final delivery. I had my iPad in 6 days from when I ordered it til when I got it(that included a Sunday) UPS doesn’t do Saturday residential deliveries here
