Probably it will not change anything but i suggest you to try to make this phone call just for understand what's happening and to remember them that we take the time to be at the computer pressing CMD+R rto be able to pre order as soon as possible.

Oh heck I’d be mad. I think that’s why I check my order status on Apple every 5-10 mins until it ships. Don’t want any surprises.

Though I personally don't think they are going to arrive Wednesday, in all fairness they very commonly leave Louisville the night prior to delivery.
My phone is on the flight from Alaska to Louisville now so it would be theoretically possible, though I do think the pallets will get held there until Thursday night.
if you have seen this for the last few days as I have ( for four days now ), I believe our phones are already in Louisville waiting to be put on a flight or truck for delivery. probably because these phones were shipped out on the 13th of this month and sent to the warehouse befor we even ordered while others are now being sent via UPS flights from China. That’s my best guess since my applecare plus email has been received and still preparing for shipment as you see yours. Apple probably shipped a whole bunch of iPhones from China on the day it was announced and when we ordered a few days later Apple just looked at the inventory and assigned and iPhone at the warehouse for us. Just a guess and nothing more

No the main Hub is in Louisville, KY. So the customs (Import Scan) will come through Louisville, KY.
