I would call UPS and have them put you in touch with a supervisor at the local station there to explain your dilemma.

iPhone 12 arrived, transferred data and Sim card from my iPhone Xs, really easy to do, and activated my phone without any issues using Verizon as my carrier. Turned off True Tone, check the screen for brightness and any tinting issues and I’m quite pleased to say that I found no problems with the screen. Quickly put on a screen protector and clear case and all is well. Afterwords I Clicked on the watch app and paired that to my Series 6 watch. Good luck to everyone else.

Two phones, on the same UPS truck according to the Follow My Delivery map, but one says delivery between 12:45 to 4:45 and one says 3:15 to 7:15. And the truck is like .2 miles from my house. It seems the UPS delivery windows are just made up...

Yep. Mine said delivery between 12:30 & 4:30. It came at 10:29.

I’m going with AppleCare, minimal case, and no screen protector this year. We will see if “ceramic shield” is worth anything or just marketing.

You can at least try to have them get a driver to retract the delivery and store it safely at the station. If Apple chooses to, they can then submit a request to intercept the package and redirect it.

What did you expect? You knew when it was coming if you didn’t want it left out why not have it held? Is it like outside outside or at your apartment door?
