There’s always gotta be that person. I feel like using the Follow My Delivery map to find the driver and ask for your stuff is just wrong and a dick move. Anyone else? Ya I’m super excited and wanted my phone as soon as possible but I held mine for pickup not chased the UPS guy down on the street.
I agree. Is not like it’s life saving medical supplies. It’s a phone, waiting a few hours isn’t gonna kill you.

UPS came early today! Husband's Blue iPhone 12 arrived just after 11 this morning. Unfortunately since its going back, we can't open it unless we want to pay the $50 restocking fee. I forgot the box was smaller this year, so I thought it was a return box at first because it was so light.

Kind of sucks that we couldn't cancel the order over the phone, we saw stock for the phone he wanted for in-store pick up earlier this morning. We're going to Verizon later today to do the return to at least free up his line.

My Graphite 12 Pro is 0.4 miles away on a UPS truck. He’s making all the deliveries downtown in my city’s square before coming to my house. So close yet so far.

So I continue to stalk the truck refreshing on the UPS Follow My Delivery page.

It still shows “In your area” not “Almost there” yet.

Everyone if you’re expecting a new iPhone today don’t forget to manually do an iCloud backup ahead of set up.

I can’t help but wonder, now... does Jony Ive buy a new iPhone each year now, grimace a little, and think to himself, “coulda designed it better...”

my truck was 7 houses away first thing this morning, now 4 neighborhoods away...

My phones are right down the street from my house! Watch the UPS driver pass by because they have to start in another delivery area. Truck is literally one block away lol.

Exactly and if people think it's ok to chase down the UPS guy on the road to get your stuff and more do it that's going to cause problems for the rest of us.

"No contact" means no signature required; the official policy says you still have to be physically present.
