Even though it is no contact delivery apparently you still have to be home to accept it like wtf??? Now I won’t get my phone until Monday!

UPS left mine and rang the doorbell like they do every other package.

Quick pick up question. So today I’m scheduled to pick up my phone later from the Apple store. I ordered a case 30 mins ago to be picked up on this Sunday. Within 20 minutes it said it was ready for pick up on Sunday between my time frame. Since it already says ready for pickup should I be able to get it today? When ordering today wasn’t an option so I picked the first available day.

I order a case as well went earlier to pick up and they denied it hey said you can only pick up at time frame or 14 days after not before

ups called and said iPhone is ready for pickup. they said to disregard the tracking number which still shows in transit

Since there isn't officially signature confirmation on it they don't have to ask for that or anyone. But most drivers know what's being delivered today and if they don't feel safe just leaving it at the door they don't have to.

Sorry about the glare and quality. Took it with an old iPad. This is a 12 not 12 Pro, but they are the same size.

Got my 12 Pro in graphite just now. Immediately slapped a screen protector on as I took off the OEM protector. Feels really good in the hands. Loving the new design.

The issue is Apple did not require signatures at all. So he didn't need to make sure anyone was present.

Leaving anything is always at driver discretion even if the shipper doesn't request signature confirmation.
