128GB white Mini, on UPS it says it departed the facility in Shanghai!
I don't see any showing up on mine yet either. Not sure if mine will be from Shanghai, CN or from Zhengzhou, CN.
Nope, I have tracking on both Max’s and neither are in the IUP
My iPhone 12 Pro Max Gold 256 (ATT) moved to preparing to ship last night and now it shows up in UPS app with "Exception" but when you click on it it shows in transit and green - heading through the system in China.
I don't expect to get a "shipped" notification from Apple until it lands in the US. I think they wait until it's cleared customs at Worldport. That should happen Wednesday or Thursday.

Mine did - preparing for shipping. But I ordered at 7:03 AM CST as soon as the app went live for November 13th delivery
I can’t believe that 25 hours after the pre-order... a lot of models and colors has the delivery date for this Friday on Apple.com. (At least with AT&T) 😅
Don't worry - the first year I did a pre-order (iPhone 6 Max) everyone was tracking their phones starting that weekend and mine just had PTS. It turns out my phone was in PA the whole time and I did receive it on launch day.Your package is lagging behind everyone else. Given your username, you should be used to this kind of thing.
They have that in there because of the requested delivery date from Apple.
It “could” arrive anytime before then, but the exception is that it has to arrive Friday.
yeah and I was freaking out b/c I had issues trying to get it to move from Pickup to Delivery thinking those extra mins would cost me a launch day delivery.
Mine says the same thing so I was thinking that is why it says exception

"As soon as the item is ready, we will send you an update". Does that mean it will probably get delayed even further? I am low-key getting scared seeing others moving to Preparing to Ship and mine is still stuck in Processing
In my own experience the only time to be concerned will be if it hasn't flipped by Monday morning. They have to be shipped and moving by then to make to the US by Wed/Thurs.
You would think things would move faster than that but our phones will take a little break in customs for a day or so before they start that first flight leg to Alaska.
Last week, my 12 Pro was tossed onto my front porch / door - the UPS driver didn't even ring the doorbell, knock or otherwise let me know it was delivered.
He treated it as if it was a ground service package!
Glad my Ring doorbell caught movement otherwise some porch thief may have grabbed it.
In my case ATT tells me to either use the box my iPhone ships in to return or it's sent via Fedex....so nope - it's the phone
. Of course given ATT's logistics sending an empty box from China would not be so unbelievable either
