I think it will not charge the gift card until it ships. That may be why it still shows a balance. I may be wrong though.

No problem with Apple app and IUP, email says 7:01 so I guess I hit it pretty close to opening. Graphite 256 on Verizon.

The Apple Store app on iPhone was way ahead of the Ipad and website. I bought 2 iPhone 12 pro Pacific Blue with 10/23 before the Ipad and website even up lol

MANNNNNN... did everything right, or so I thought, pulled up my favorites, and it asks me for my credit card which is on file with them.. so delivery went from next Friday to Oct 30-Nov 3...12 Pro, 128GB, blue...Oh well, at least I have it!
When I first had in bag, October 23rd delivery. By the time I got completely checked out, Nov 3-6.
I tried ordering through the Apple store app and the stupid app kept telling me my Apple card billing address was invalid. I then ordered through Apple's website using the same Apple card and it went through. Obviously Apple is having some system issues between their system and Goldman Sachs. At least with me anyways...

Blue 256G non-pro 12, 10/23 delivery...had some wonky stuff going on, almost ordered like 5 phones but thankfully saw the email confirmation finally. Wanted in-store pickup but was moving so fast I forgot to select it.
I JUST finished like 5 minutes ago. I had everything done in the app last night so all I had to do was click, but it wouldn’t process. My Apple Card is completely empty - no reason it shouldn’t have gone through, but I tried multiple times, even different payment options, and it never would.
Finally just got on the Apple site and it worked just fine.
I wanted to go through ATT, but for whatever reason, with their combining of the stupid websites with DirecTV, or whatever they’re doing, I can’t even get in my ATT account. So damn frustrating.
I got a 128 gb 12 in black (because I’m SO adventurous). I REALLY toyed with the pro because I was within $150 (and I hate spending that much on a phone dang it), but I just don’t want the additional weight. I know it’s not much, but coming from my SE 2, it’s gonna feel like a brick!

Can anyone confirm ordering a T-Mobile phone and trading in your current phone that still has EIP on it does work for the apple trade in + their $150 bonus prepaid rebate offer as well?
I got on AT&T’s website about 5 mins before start time of the preorder. Selected the iPhone 12 Pro / 512 / Pacific Blue and my ship time is November 2nd - November 9th yet on Apples website if I would have gone through there ship times were October 23rd. I have a feeling AT&T’s ship date is not correct.
