Other Apple.com iPhone 12/Pro/Max/Mini Pre-Order/Order Status/Delivery Thread (2020) [Merged]

Used app, had everything preset (on installments) but kept getting timed out when paying. Three times just a spinning ball. Finally went through on fourth try. Ended up with launch day delivery of pro in blue so...yay...I get to hang out with the launch day crowd again.

Ouch. That doesn’t sound fun! I’m already on their Unlimited Elite plan or whatever it’s called, so not too concerned. But yeah, if on an older one I prob would’ve had to second-guess the deal.
 
Otterbox also released Magsafe cases for the iPhone 12/Pro and they are available on Apple Store. I just ordered the Otterbox AENU with Magsafe in black. I have been using Otterbox Symetry with all my iPhones since iPhone 4. No leather case for me this year as with the Otterbox and the silicone cases is more than enough.

How did you change your order? Before confirmation? I'm trying to now and it's saying come back in a few hours.

Ordered @ 14:02 CET and got an Oct 23 delivery, 12 Pro 256GB pacific blue! Website was up faster than store on iPhone X.

However, I currently see no estimated delivery data in my order. Anyone else does see that after ordering?

Got my iPhone 12 Pro Graphite 128gb order in the moment the app came back up. Delivery on 10/23! First time I’ve done this in 3 years! Decided to skip series 6 this year and upgrade my phone.
 
Store came online first on my iPad in the Apple store app, at about 8:03 eastern. I had a bunch of devices open. I ordered the MagSafe wallet for the 12 Pro Max I’m gonna get. Kind of disappointed I can’t get a MagSafe case yet.
 
That was smooth. Store app open before 2PM here. You could order exactly at 2PM. Confirmation mail for delivery on the 23rd in my inbox at 2:02PM.

Graphite 256 GB 12 Pro.

Now F5ing the Brodite site for a 12 Pro holder.
 
In the "for you" tab, its still prompting me to complete my pre-order at the top ("Your new iPhone is ready to pre-order."). Also, my 3 orders from this morning show up in the in-app order history (phone, magsafe charger, case + magsafe charger), but my order from 3 days ago for a couple of the 20w power bricks doesn't show up. Wonder when their systems will properly sync again!

That's odd, I am no longer seeing the prompt in the For You section. But if it is in your order history and you got a confirmation email, you should be fine.

Selected the iPhone 12 Pro / 512 / Pacific Blue and my ship time is November 2nd - November 9th yet on Apples website if I would have gone through there ship times were October 23rd. I received shipping dates of Oct 26-Nov 2, ordered 3 min before preorder. I hope you’re right that the ship dates are estimated but then when it’s ready to ship it gets delivered on the 23rd.

In Europe the preorder started at 14:01 so in the middle of the working day!
I was in the middle of a workshop I had organised at work, and I'm so lucky it was my colleague's turn to present! I handed over to him at 13:59 !! whew that was really a last-second thing!

I was in such a hurry I forgot the MagSafe charger which I had to order separately. 🤪

Now it's just sit and wait ....

How are you all ordering? I keep getting you’re early even at 5:45 PDT. I live in that time zone.
 
Got my 256 Blue Pro confirmation email at 5:02 am. Launch day delivery! Had things set up in the app and, went in as soon as it went live. it was the easiest Apple pre-order ever for me.

Didn't order the Magsafe charger or case. I'm waiting for the Apple leather case and the dual puck charger for both the iPhone and Watch.

I did order a 3rd party case on Amazon, so I'll have something to put on the phone until the Apple case is available. Naked phones just make me nervous. Naked people not so much. 😄
