Ordered @ 14:02 CET and got an Oct 23 delivery, 12 Pro 256GB pacific blue! Website was up faster than store on iPhone X.

However, I currently see no estimated delivery data in my order. Anyone else does see that after ordering?

Cancelled my AT&T order with a delivery date of 10/26 - 11/2 and ordered at 8:30 EST on apple.com. Delivery 10/23.

The Apple Store App is the way to go.

I actually was able to get in first via the browser While the app is still saying almost there. Ordering through the browser was a breeze; done in less than a minute!

Are you using a VPN? On XS Max pre order day my VPN was preventing me from ordering. I turned it off, reopened the Apple Store app and it worked like a charm.

That's odd, I am no longer seeing the prompt in the For You section. But if it is in your order history and you got a confirmation email, you should be fine.

For those that have done the iPhone Upgrade program in the past. Will I need to surrender my current device at time of pickup or do they allow me to mail it in/drop it off later?

I have picked up in the store and sent old iPhone back a later date myself.

Also, my 3 orders from this morning show up in the in-app order history (phone, magsafe charger, case + magsafe charger), but my order from 3 days ago for a couple of the 20w power bricks doesn't show up. Wonder when their systems will properly sync again!

Yeah, same here. I’ve had an iMac and 20W charger, but right now, they don’t show up. I’m assuming they’ll be visible again in a couple of hours.

I ordered the 20W charger 3 days ago as well. It supposedly shipped Wednesday, but FedEx hasn't received the package and ship date was changed to pending.

Strange. I ordered in the Apple Store app as soon as the "You're... Early" page went away (I was actually just going in to check on the tracking for my charcoal sports loop that's supposed to deliver today... oops) and ended up with a 10/30 - 11/4 date window. Hope it bumps up.

Isn't the Max preorders after the 14 day return period?

Technically if you do online orders you have a 28 days. So 14 days from 10/23/2020 is 11/6/2020. I will process the online return on 11/5/2020 as the orders usually wonky on pre-order day. They then give you additional 14 days for them to receive it. So when you process the return on 11/5/2020, it will show you when they need to receive it by. So 11/19/2020 when they need to receive it.

I think have up to two weeks to return your trade-in phone. That's the timeframe for the Apple Watch, and that sounds about right from the last time I traded in a phone two years ago.

Ordered at 8:10 AM, small hiccup (error message), entered shipping address, confirmed for 10/23 delivery (Pro Graphite 256). Took about 5 minutes. 😁

Glad to go through Apple vs. T-Mo this time. Now the 7 day ‘checking status’ routine commences. 🤣
