Or you can go to the store get ur hard earned money right away!Technically if you do online orders you have a 28 days. So 14 days from 10/23/2020 is 11/6/2020. I will process the online return on 11/5/2020 as the orders usually wonky on pre-order day. They then give you additional 14 days for them to receive it. So when you process the return on 11/5/2020, it will show you when they need to receive it by. So 11/19/2020 when they need to receive it.

Give it some time. If your email says 10/23, itll be 10/23. Their system is a bit bogged down right now. If you check in 2-3 hours itll be there.Got a confirmation mail for 10/23, but no delivery date is visible in the app or on the website. That's driving me nuts. Anybody else with this?

I had the same issue after ordering my phone to go back and get a 20W brick and magsafe charger. Hung constantly on the payment choice screen. I pulled out my iPad Pro and ordered on there and it magically worked like a charm. Not sure why? maybe just dumb luck.Noticed the Apple app has been a bit glitchy now. Usually, when you go to the top page and you have an order pending, there will be a box there that shows the status of your order - I haven't noticed it on my app, yet. I'm sure it will show up, at some point.
Tried to place an order for a MagSafe charger, but every time I click the PAY button, it just hangs up.

Not really. iPhone 11 Pro. Near busy DC area. I decided the morning of the release to get one for my wife. Pick the wrong color then order another one on the spot and waited an hour at the mall to pick up. Most people are not aware of the pick up service. They either do it online or just go to the Apple store and wait in line.I am surprised. My local apple store still have in store pick available for the 12 Pro in Pacific Blue (256 GB) for launch day ( next Friday). Never seen that with any iPhone usually pre orders would already be pushed back by now. Everyone must be waiting on the 12 Pro Max and 12 mini.
I had the same issue. First it told me that my billing address was wrong. So I re-entered it. Then it told me my phone number was wrong. I had no idea what to change, so I did nothing. I re-tried ordering again, and it went through on the Apple card - finally.I tried ordering through the Apple store app and the stupid app kept telling me my Apple card billing address was invalid. I then ordered through Apple's website using the same Apple card and it went through. Obviously Apple is having some system issues between their system and Goldman Sachs. At least with me anyways...
Same thing happened to me-i was at the "payment processing" point and it continued to give me ERROR messages-soooo frustrating. Went from a delivery date of October 23 to October 28 by the time it finally worked. Damn First World problems...Force close and reopen the app. You have missed pretty much anything for the 23rd though
