Well this sucks and it sounds to me that it is going to happen to me. I ordered at 8:03 EST on the 6th. My order changed to preparing to ship a few hours later and it has been stuck on that for days. it is already the 11th and I haven’t gotten a notification or tracking number (checked by reference and nothing is available). ?

Loved Four Past Midnight and The Langoliers was my favorite story. I think I’ll download that and read it for distraction.

I always get the feeling text is automated, and like anything else online, they hide behind a monitor. Using voice, they can’t hide their empathy (or lack if you get a sucky CSR).

I absolutely cannot stand "speech recognition" when it comes to Customer Service!
Yet I also find myself doing this more and more everyday in my home with this goofy Echo Alexa.

I like to have soothing rain, thunderstorm noise...some kind of white noise when I sleep...my nightly ritual -

Me: "Alexa, play Thunderstorms by Sleep Jar" (name of "skill" , app)
Alexa: "Sorry. You do not have Amazon Music, would you like to try it?
Me: "No"
Alexa "Ok, here is something similar - "Milk Cow Blues" by Sleepy John"
Me: [Huh??!] ALEXA!!! STAAAAP, EXIT!!!" ?

Anyone else have issues requesting hold for pickup at a CC? My CC doesn’t show up in the list of available locations this time, but I had no problems doing this for the 12 pro a couple weeks ago...

Just seems like they would get WAY fewer calls if they would just be honest and say the orders shipped Saturday. Oh well, their battle, let them fight the neverending phone rings.

I thought maybe I was the only one. My local CC doesn’t show either for some reason. Never had issues in the past. Waiting to see if it changes after the Import Scan.
