UPS shows mine left Alaska this morning around 2 AM and is still flying around lol. I know it’s already in KY, will probably get an import scan in the morning then start seeing movement this way . We are almost at the finish line lol

UPS will show “preparing to ship” until the release time, which is one day prior. In other words, once UPS scans the package to its final destination, the status will change to “shipped”.
Mine was on the shipment that left China this morning, stopover in Alaska and then onto Kentucky.

Yay so I found my tracking with my reference but can’t see anymore details. it’s not showing up in myUPS app.

Yep mine was the first group of the#9:20Gang to leave Alaska day before I would not be surprised to see things moving after midnight as the hub gets even busier at night but I imagine by tomorrow we will see the custom scans as our Pro/Max’s move closer to us

Thanks for the info. I created a UPS My Choice account. Figured that would be enough to be a full account.

Make sure you use all the same info that you did on your Apple order, tele, addy, email etc.
EDIT:
Also, use the My Choice app and not the website. that's what worked for me.

Yeah I’m aware I’ve used the app for tracking since the iPhone 7.

I recently moved and when putting my new address in for the package matching it keeps saying it’s a commercial address. I’ve already called to have it fixed.

Since everyone was talking about food, I wanted a quesadilla and taco so I made them for me and my little minions. Now I’m stuffed and ready to go to bed to get tomorrow over with. One more working day and I’ll be off to pick my phone up at the hub Friday morning! This tracking has been so much fun, that I’m going to order with Apple from here on out.

Ups told me the 920 group stuck in China is “ delayed because of high volume” was told it should still be on time. So we have not left China yet :-(

How? I attempted that with order number and my phone number and it would find an order

go to ups tracking, track by reference, enter your phone number and then Zip code and you should get the tracking number!

I believe this was reported yesterday. They confirmed it with it that it’s still in China.

Has anyone had success talking to an actual human being at UPS? I want to inquire about having my phone held at my local hub. It seems they've made it more difficult lately. Thanks in advance.
