Many of us Canadians have been following this thread and trying to track our phones. Today most of ours have shown up on tracking for the first time since we started trying and we've noticed the phones are already in Concord, Ontario meaning it was likely that all phones came directly to Canada instead of through the US as I've seen in the past. Possibly most of the phones are already in the US but haven't been updated or shown on an original scan yet, the same as us?

Thank you for stopping by Canadian member. Everyone has been able to track their phones directly from China. They are coming from the factory. We were able to see the origin scan and all that. Wonder where exactly your phones are coming from.

was able to get mine to get held at ups cc for Friday morning. it was actually rather painless. I called at 12 PM CST

I ordered a midnight blue pro max 256Gb at 5:03am PST on preorder day. It was preparing to ship with a delivery date of the 13th. Just checked and now its back to processing your order with an estimated delivery time of nov 23-25 WTF apple. Anyone else had this happen to them. Also the charge on my credit card is gone... Please tell me my phone is coming Friday, my X is dying.


I did the my ups track by reference and nothing. My wife ordered at the same time and hers is on its way

I did yesterday.

Press zero zero when the auto attendant answers, you might have to enter/say your tracking number. It should then transfer you to a human.

I went thru the automated with my local hub. I chose the option of tracking my order, then once the system verified everything re: delivery address, I said no. The system then asked if I would like to pickup my delivery at the hub instead..YES. The system then confirmed the hub’s address, hours available for pickup and then the window available for pickup—11/13 thru 11/19. Good luck!

Anytime I’ve previously pre ordered an iPhone and my series 6 Apple Watch, it has come from China. This year seems to be different though with Concord, ON.

I’m also in Los Angeles. I’m hoping to be one of the handful that mistakenly get their iPhone 12 Pro Max on Thursday. If not I bought a second for in-store pick up in Century City at 9.45. I’ll return the one being shipped.

More than likely your phone is in KY (the state, not the ... ummm ... yeah) and is on schedule with everything else (even though UPS doesn’t exactly say that). Apple’s status won’t change until it leaves KY and reaches your routing destination. Rest well cause seems like everything is on the up and up.
