I got "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city." At 11:22PM on 12/01, a minute off from you, and "Departed From Facility" at 5:17AM on 12/04 just like you. The 8:20PM Departed from Facility matches up too. I'd guess our phones are on a big pallet together. Is yours a T-Mobile Pro Max as well?

For those curious, I ordered it mid day on November 14th.

No mine is the sim-free model.

Originally ordered a silver 128gb pro Max with the dec 15-22 delivery date but I decided to check stock tonight and it was available for delivery from my local store tomorrow so I canceled and ordered ASAP! Super pumped

I just tried both the matte and the gloss, and didn’t like the end product. Both skins seemed to degrade the phone’s finish and I threw both out. Maybe it’s the fact that the back of my phone is white, but with the skins on, the finish didn’t look even. In the past, I’ve always used the colored skins and that worked well with my previous SG phones, but if I had to keep looking at that uneven finish, I was going to go batty. If you go that route, I hope you have a better result than I did.

I purchased the gloss skin for my PB Pro Max, so we’ll see how it goes. I’ll post pictures once I get it installed.

Finally my tracking shows in truck out for delivery this morning.

I honestly only started getting impatient after it left China. While in China I wasn't even getting worried at all even though it sat for 9 days before departing. Reason is that while in China, my delivery estimate date was still the original 9-16 December. It was after it left China that my delivery date changed to 11/30...then it didn't come and it was stuck at "Departed Anchorage Delivery Information Unavailable" for 5 days. I'm glad I listened to Apple support who just told me to wait it out a little longer till Friday (today). Sure enough, yesterday it started moving and it showed up today in Seattle and in a truck.

I do have to say, that I had called UPS on Wednesday to check where it was and that also seems to have gotten the ball rolling. Wonder if it would still be delayed if I hadn't called UPS.

So in conclusion, be a little more patient as delays are unprecedented this wacky year.
Call UPS first (it was surprisingly fast and nice customer support). Day after, things just started moving..

**Also, how the heck are people able to see the map of where the truck is on UPS My Choice? For the life of me I can't figure it out on the app...like it's not available for me at all..

The "Follow my Delivery" is a hit or miss and not all tracking has this feature and I guess it depends on the driver if they have that enabled or not.

You should receive a link either through email or text message.

If they sent you an email saying it’s out for delivery it should include a link.

I never got an e-mail or text message from UPS for the Magsafe Duo that I ordered from Apple and was shipped via UPS and saying it was out for Delivery, I checked UPS My Choice and the "Follow My Delivery" option was available for me. I did request to be sent to the UPS Store Access Point and I just got an e-mail that it's ready for pick up.

It's possible because I requested a pick up at the UPS Store is probably why I didn't get the e-mail, but nonetheless I was able to follow the truck on the map being delivered to the UPS Store. YMMV

Actually that map shows up when your tracking says it's "Out for Delivery" so you should get it around 9 AM. Not when it gets closer.
for me when it was out for delivery there was no map intil they got closer
and just a FYI, my package was delivered by a car and the driver had a UPS vest on and on the back big UPS logo and seasonal helper

I have been watching this thread for a while and finally decided to post a question. I ordered a 256GB PB 12 Pro on November 16th, but I ordered it through Verizon instead of directly through the Apple store. When I check the status it says Shipping date December 18th. Does anyone know if Verizon updates the status on their site (including change of shipping date)? Or should I just expect to get a phone one day? How accurate have their shipping estimates been? I was really hoping to get it sooner, but now I am just hoping it ships on time.

Amazon is starting to take over UPS Trucks... painted Blue with "AMAZON" on the side. They are taking over the world. Sheesh, I'm glad we got our phones in October vs this craziness. Good luck ya'll!

Yeah I have seen some of Amazon trucks that look like old UPS trucks, I think those are probably old UPS trucks that UPS sold, and now Amazon Prime has them.
