There are no pickups or delivery in Hawaii it's not affecting the shipments from China

So are most people putting their phone in a case? I've carried my phone caseless for the last 2-3 years and intend to continue.

I have always kept my iPhones naked, it always feels better in hand and using it all the time. I will be buying/pre-ordering the Moment case for the Moment Wide Angle lens I have, just so it works with the MAX. Other than that, my iPhone will be naked 90% of the time.

Takes about three days to ship from there to destinations on the West Coast. They should start moving tomorrow.

Three days? Can be from China to your house overnight.

there's a group of us who still have the latest scan as ZhengZhou Arrival - 2:07AM. it could be the phones are in Korea but didnt get scan yet or moving later.

Look at a past shipment and see where the Out For Delivery scan was from that will be your closest CC

Interestingly the CC I always go to didn’t show up but a UPS store in the same town did - not sure if it’s the same location/address. I chose a separate UPS store in a different town. If my delivery gets pushed to Monday I may call but as of now, it’s still saying Friday even after moving the delivery from home to the UPS store.

It would all process in at the same CC, I would think - my house, the UPS store and the CC are all in Worcester county MA.

Fascinating - I thought the info I posted earlier was my phone. I looked at the reference numbers and it's my WATCH!

And 3 minutes later, I have tracking for the phone too. Woo hoo! Wasn't worried, but still fun to watch.

I Ordered 2 XsMax which showed up in UPS a couple days ago. I Also ordered a 64 Xs Silver which just now shows up in UPS as ready for pickup - so much for the 'already in the States' theory.
All are still 'preparing for Shipment' in Apple's system.
All were promised 9/21 and I don't doubt it.

For some reason this time, I don't get the option to choose my Customer Service center while I do see all the access point and retail stores (which doesn't offer an advantage and may mean a delay).
I'll wait to see if that changes once they are officially 'shipped' and call UPS if I still have a problem.
Anyone else experience this? I wonder if being a household customer makes a difference or their distribution route changed.

Nop, i also have the same exact scans. Meanwhile typing this reply i got text from credit card that i got charged from apple. Hopefully things will start moving quickly now.

Even when our phone do start moving, the may not show it on the site. UPS's site gets hammered by the iPhone people and have taken steps to protect their tracking system. So what you see is not likely the truth.

Doesn't make any sense. Showing movement satisfies people. No movement means more repetitive access.

I experienced the same while I tried in UPS App and Safari in iPhone. Then I tried in internet explorer which listed 50 ups location including UPS CC.

my XSM will be coming to Pacific Northwest, I think thats why I see the delay in the scans after 2:10 PM in ZZ! Just a guess though

Did you go to the UPS site on a desktop computer? If you didn't, try that. That's what worked for me.

Showing us or not isn't going to reduce traffic on the tracking system. We are still going to check updates or no updates.
