Can someone help me out here. My iPhone is due to be delivered Friday. However I’m not sure if I will be able to work from home to receive it. So my questions are:

1) if I do UPS store pickup will it be available Friday still? It’s giving me a tentative date of Monday when I select it but I didn’t know if it was just being cautious with delivery dates.

2) or, if that doesn’t work, will I be able to pre-sign for my delivery? I believe it was last year where it was the first time they did not accept my pre authorization slip. No clue why.
What to do... what to do... oh, you look terrible. Are you coming down with something? You should take Friday off and get some rest and not give the flu to the office. See? I just made it about caring for others. Who could argue with that?

Changing it to a store may delay it (Doesn't usually) or you can pick up at the Customer Center (Should still give you a Friday date) and yes Apple allows pre sign so it should be ok

UPS really? (This if for my case not the phone) First the trailer was late then they sorted it wrong causing it to come back 12 minutes later...
Lol I’m in the same delivery. So dumb.

Not sure, but this is my current tracking info.
Hmmm mine is exactly the same except the first processing is about 15 hours after yours. But all my arrival and departures are the same except the departure from Korea. Looks like my tracking is behind or my phone is headed out tomorrow.

Mine is also in the same boat, 2:10am scan in Zhengzhou - I am thinking either they are waiting there, or it could be a pallet of phones that has delayed tracking. I remember that happening in years past.

Same. At this point I'm guessing when us 2:10am'ers actually see an update, it won't be just one scan but like 3 more scans (departing ZhengZhou, Arriving Incheon, Departing Incheon, Arriving AK). I think my 7+ two years ago went crazy like that.

I may be crazy, but I hope mine is actually still there. I just want a plane to track, since they will all be there Friday anyway. The delayed scan thing was so anti-climatic when I've gotten that....boring!

I'm sure 1 miss scan messes up all scans until there is a point that pallet my get physically scanned again

Like some just don't get scanned until they are imported?
Sometimes the scans dont get published in the system right away - the overall pallet itself is not broken down until it makes it through customs. The UPS system gets updated based off of a manifest and main tracking info for that pallet - sometimes the individual packages in the pallet don't get updated at every scan. Idk why, but I have seen it happen in past launches.

Only 2 more day! Its a shame my service provider, Telstra, weren't doing pre-oreers for the Apple Watch Series 4. I have to wait for release day. Does anyone here know the date?

Ya others have said the World Ease shipments do that since they are seen to UPS as 1 shipment with multiple tracking numbers

dayton, oh
So where do we expect it to clear customs? I'd expect it to be Anchorage since that's US soil, but I've seen import scan in Louisville before.

WorldPort in KY is the norm for customs
