Usually it comes after customs clearance once the pallet is broken down and each individual package is on it's own way

So where do we expect it to clear customs? I'd expect it to be Anchorage since that's US soil, but I've seen import scan in Louisville before.

My XS MAX Space Grey 256GB finally got an Arrival scan in Incheon, CC has been charged, my only worry is that the Apple Store App is still not showing my phone as shipped. Is this the same for everyone?

Yes. Apple will not mark it shipped until it has cleared customs

umm... I had just written a post about this like two before this one.

How is everyone getting information about the customer center to get delivery at? I can change delivery to several options including the customer center closet to me through mychoice, but when I called UPS they said there was no way to know which one it would go through because it was in transit.

I remember a year when a bunch phones went to Korea and then back to China: that caused some gastric distress.

I went into UPS to change my delivery to a UPS store right across the street from where I work - it’s easier to grab it myself during lunch than worry about a missed delivery at home. So far my del. date is still estimated as Friday 9/21.

Look at a past shipment and see where the Out For Delivery scan was from that will be your closest CC

Is there a chance phones with 2:07AM arrival in ZhengZhou are in Korea but never got scanned / delayed scan? Don't remember what happened last year.

Nothing is in Korea RN that flight left for AK a few hours ago and should arrive in the next 3 and a half hours

I think in the country right before it enters Alaska. all the phones clear customs as one unit before they leave.

Seems like the import scan is done in Louisville, as opposed to when it lands in Anchorage. IMO

Sometimes the scans dont get published in the system right away - the overall pallet itself is not broken down until it makes it through customs. The UPS system gets updated based off of a manifest and main tracking info for that pallet - sometimes the individual packages in the pallet don't get updated at every scan. Idk why, but I have seen it happen in past launches.

Takes about three days to ship from there to destinations on the West Coast. They should start moving tomorrow.
