Last year I had issues and actually one of my phones did get delayed this time I will only be in the US that weekend so my margin is smaller
With all of these posts I know I need to go away but...
For those of you trying to track from ZZ, SZ, HK, or IN for a Sep 21 delivery, know that UPS most likely has more flights scheduled. You will not be able to see them on tracking websites until an approved ICAO flight plan is filed. Plans can be filed minutes before departure sometimes.

I’m in the 2:10 group, left ZZ a couple days later at 5:46 for anchorage. Arrived in Louisville 9:15 this morning. I would be willing to bet most anyone who had a 2:10 arrival in ZZ on 9/17 were on the same flight to anchorage and then the one to Louisville this morning. Probably just shipping errors with tracking not updating.
As long as you had a 9/21 date, you will be ok. But for those with a later date also 'preparing to ship', I know it's frustrating, and you won't know probably until Thursday night??? Just remember anything sooner is a plus.

Not only do you have to put in the order number staring with "W" minus the last 2 digits, you also have to put in the country (United States?) and delivery zip code. At least that's what I had to do to find my tracking info. When I only put the order number, nothing comes up.Doesn't work

My phone is also still preparing for shipment. But I’ve looked it up on UPS and it’s in Incheon with a ontime delivery of Friday the 21st.

You might think that thru. You won't be able to cancel until you receive the phone. If you can't cancel, you can't get a phone at the store - your number is already marked for the upgrade. Typically the in stock at stores dry up for a bit after opening day (although the Xs, Xr thing might make things different this year). And if you have IUP, you already had your credit check.
