I have one of those now too. :) No tracking info showing at UPS/FedEx yet.. Been watching a Xs that will be here friday, UPS showed the tracking info less than a day after it changed to “preparing to ship”. Which it still shows that at Apple, I suppose it will change to shipped once the import scan happens and it’s on its way here in the US. Seems like UPS and Apple handle this differently every time.

It most likely has. If you have a UPS account linked to your shipping address, you can see all inbound shipments to you. Many of us can’t see that our phones have shipped by looking at Apple.com or in the Store App. But UPS has our tracking info.

Everyone with phones still in Asia... remember that shipping still has a lot of hours left as shipments will pass the date/time line. Shipments that send out tomorrow can also arrive tomorrow state side.

Don't make me break out "I'm My Own Grandpa"...

I think tonight we will get updates and find that they were in the air the whole time we've been here trying to figure it all out.

Mine Also says “preparing to ship” on the Apple website, but its in transit. Go to the UPS website and click track by reference number. Put in the phone number on your order and it should bring up your package info.
 
According to my UPS app, my phone along with others on the same flight have arrived in Alaska. Yeah! There should be more movement today to get it to where it can be delivered Friday. I got the case I ordered for it today via FedEx. I got a red Urban Armor Gaurd. I really like those cases, they do a great job protecting the phone.
