What are the chances that both my phones are stuck, one in incheon, the other in zhengzhou. Just my luck.

That’s not true. My iPhone was supposed to be shipped to my dads household last year in which I had it held. I do not have the same address as him, I brought my order number from the Apple website and that was enough including my ID..

Yeah I looked at their site and say pickup person needs to have id and order info from shipper. You can also provide mail in your name at matching address so I have some IRS mail for our new address so should be fine

Where In Mexico are you Located?
I Am In Monterrey, UPS sends the packages via austin TX then Monterrey Importing direct in Here.
In past years they sent them all the way down to Mexico City then Back to Monterrey.
I haven't received delay email, hopefully the delivery date won't change if the package makes it past louisville during the night.

Mine changed today too. Credit card charged this morning and this afternoon finally changed to preparing to ship. Same delivery window.

Just checked my iPhone and watch tracking numbers and they both just got to Alaska about an hour ago Alaska time. Does that mean it likely will show up on Friday?

“Stuck” is not the right word, y’all. These items are not “stuck.” They’re in the normal shipping system. They’re flagged for delivery to customers on Friday. That means that the movement of these units is highly orchestrated. If it sits at one destination for a long time it sits there for a reason. When it’s time for that item to move, it’ll move.

When should anyone start getting nervous? On SATURDAY, when your shipment doesn’t arrive and your shipping status still says “preparing for shipment” or hasn’t moved in days.

Those are the only upcoming flights from ups departing from Incheon anytime soon.

Well it currently is 10:15pm in Anchorage, so no idea why it thinks it departed at 11:15pm local time.

However if it has departed, I would guess that it is on either UPS87, https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS87/history/20180920/0329Z/PANC/KSDF,which departed an hour and a half ago, or it is on UPS2997, https://flightaware.com/live/flight/UPS2997/history/20180920/0737Z/PANC/KSDF, departing in an hour and a half.

Yes. If your order says it’s scheduled for Friday you’ll get it on Friday. Apple is very good at this.

Yup my iPhone XS Max is still in Incheon. Last Arrival scan 9/19/18 at 7:59 pm

I think ups tracking updates is screwed up . Not just iPhones but every thing.

Expecting couple of brighstar packages tomorrow ( Thursday), no scan after 9/17 but got an email that set for delivery tomorrow
