Interesting: I had used the Apple Store App to set up my purchase but ended up buying thru T-Mobile (long story) so I never went back after 12:01am Friday. So I never placed an order (no emails, no orders show when I log on to apple.com)

However I just got a notice that Citizens Bank just did a hard pull on my credit file. That really sucks.

I went pack into the App and sure enough it asked me to check out.

Ok I need a primer on Deliveries. It just tells me "not found." I'm completely open to the idea that I am doing it wrong.

Open the Apple Store and copy your full order number (W9999999)... now open Deliveries... it should suggest "Apple" based on the order number on your clipboard... paste the number in the Order Number field and make sure your email address ("Email") matches the email address that you use on Apple.com... Tap SAVE and you should be good to go.

Are you taking about the deliveries app? If so are you using the right email that was used to purchase it? Not necessarily your Apple ID.
Yeah put in the order number and email that I use for all updates (same as Apple ID). Like I said I may be doing something incorrectly.

Thanks :) For some reason that worked. Before I had pasted the partial order number and then filled in the rest. Weird. I bet I was holding it wrong.

T-Mobile XS Max 256 gb Space Gray ordered from Apple using IUP. Order placed within 5 minutes of opening. Got a 9/28 - 10/5 delivery date, which is what it still is. Hoping for earlier obviously.

BTW - For those that used IUP with T-Mobile, how does it describe the phone on your order page? Mine just says, “iPhone XS Max 256GB Space Gray.” I’ve noticed a number of screenshots with AT&T or Verizon at the end of the description, so I’m curious if this is a T-Mobile thing or something I did by accident.

How is that interesting? You completed the pre-approval, so they pulled your credit. Regardless if you follow through with the order...

A few pages back in this thread, people have mentioned getting it on launch day despite the much later quoted date. Lets hope that happens with us T-Mo folks.

Mine only bumped a few days I think, like from a Friday to Wednesday last year. If by mid-week you don't see a change you could probably walk right into a store and pick one up on the 21st. They will probably have good inventory.
[doublepost=1537063103][/doublepost]ALSO...
For those out there waiting for Apple to bring back the headphone jack and remove the camera bump...

...how's that wait going? :D

If you get your phone delivered to your house on IUP can you turn in your trade-in phone at an Apple
Store instead of mailing it back? Or did you have to picki up the new phone in the Apple Store and do the trade-in at that time?

I ordered the same phone/color/size/carrier combo at 3:34 am ET and got the same shipping date. Some seemed to think that the T-Mobile version had later ship dates almost from the get go.

I ordered XS Max 256 Gold T-Mobile version right when the store opened and have a 9/21 date. Only difference is that I paid full price. Unless Gold just wasn't that popular?

So you do have to enter data manually what’s the point?

I got a small box from FedEx to ship it back.
