Out of curiosity, which carrier?

I used the Apple store App. And logged in with Face ID and used Apple Pay to order my phone the minute it went live. I guess it was cause the first year I used Face ID to log in and confirm everything. But it seemed as if it just took seconds to order the phone. So fast that I was literally worried that something went wrong and I had not ordered it.

My confirmation email that I even ordered the device did not show up till like 15 minutes after I ordered. It was on odd experience. Cause using Face ID and Apple Pay made it seemless. Order placed within seconds. But I didn’t get a confirmation of my order till 15 mins after the store went live. So here I was thinking I screwed up my phone order for like 15 mins. lol

Same! I couldn’t find it on the order page either! I went to sleep and woke up to a text message saying my card has been charged from Apple and I got a confirmation email.

T-Mobile XS Max 256 gb Space Gray ordered from Apple using IUP. Order placed within 5 minutes of opening. Got a 9/28 - 10/5 delivery date, which is what it still is. Hoping for earlier obviously.

Sound logical. We all know when it comes to Apple they tend to build inventory towards them Then carriers

Drop the LAST TWO digits. You can also use the phone number associated with your Apple store account.

Yeah I’ll say later tonight or tomorrow. The only time you’re going to get tracking is once UPS gets the package it’ll be a “orgin code.”

yikes. that would suck if you had to wait an extra day cuz you picked the wrong hub.

In my particular case our building is usually one of the first stops anyway and our customer service center doesn't open till 930. so likely it will be on truck at 8- at my building by 10 or 10:30 at latest. Seems wiser to just let it deliver and not mess with it.

If you put the request in, it won’t get put on the truck. The CC will hold it.

You have to enter some info ... the app will find the tracking info when it’s known ... just add your stuff with the order number.

There are other apps that will find the shipping info from your email, but they are not as good as Deliveries, IMO.

I ordered my phone at 3:28 due to some problems and I got September 21st.

It depends on the carrier. Tracking for most stuff shows up based on the order number.

I love living in New Hampshire. No sales tax on my iPhone Xs Max purchase.

That app is called deliveries. I use it everyday . Works great for any carrier

Does it cost $4.99? Not sure I had the right app
