I've been in iUP since day one, so this is not new to me. I set everything up before pre-order opened to renew iUP and trade in my X for the new phone. Confirmed eligibility, it told me that I had to pay one more payment which I could do at checkout, asked me all the questions about the condition of my trade in. I was all set. When I did pre-order at midnight, it was two taps and done, and I had a 9/21 delivery date. When I got to the confirmation screen and it hadn't added the line item for the last iUP payment for my X, i got worried. Sure enough, it went through as a NEW iUP account, and not a trade-in from the previous year. I spent almost two hours on the phone talking to three different people, and nobody could figure out how to modify the order, so I had to cancel and re-order.

Ugh! Super frustrating. Sorry that happened.

Got a tracking # by tracking through reference (my phone #). Origin Scan from ZhengZao at 9:30pm local time.

Also, a quick question. Does anybody know where to get the dimensional drawings for the iPhone Xs? Apple hasn't updated their accessory design guidelines yet.

What format did you use to enter your phone number? Any dashes or spaces, or just the 10 digits?
