So Calif
IF YOU READ MY PREVIOUS post you would see that I stated my business and they let me in after safety protocol. What part of that can't you understand?
Uh COVID - duh....

When I went into the Apple Store in Los Angeles County, I was only able to pickup the 12 Pro and the Apple genius person said that normally they would transfer data from the old phone but due to the pandemic, they are offering a virtual meeting online to help with setup, transfer, etc...

They pushed me out in less than 3 minutes after taking my temp, sanitizing my hands, etc...

Now, today starts a more stringent restriction in our county:

Well you can't do that, as you've very vocally let us know. This is the next best option.

How so? Last time I checked, buying an iPhone online means you don't have to be near Apple employees and they don't have to be near you.
Hi, as it turns out you can examine them if you have a buying reservation. This was not mentioned when I stated my business and was allowed in to potentially examine the phone.

you can reserve a shopping session in New York. Up to 15 min. As I stated multiple times, they allowed me in when I stated the purpose of my visit. If they said I had to have a reservation I would've come back later. You don't let people in then kick them out afte they state their business.

Personally, I love the customer service Apple provides. You're making way too big of a deal out of this and it's honestly quite amusing.
So no one can post about receiving bad treatment because you like their service. That's laughable. you can reserve a shopping session in New York. Up to 15 min. As I stated multiple times, they allowed me in when I stated the purpose of my visit. If they said I had to have a reservation I would've come back later. You don't let people in then kick them out afte they state their business.

Sure you can post anything but if you are not willing to take the advice of forum members who are trying to help, then you are being unreasonable.

You need to cure the pandemic if you want "service"...

Solution: Go to Best Buy or whatever it’s called as has been mentioned in the thread, handle both phones until your hearts content, walk out, go to Apple and buy the preferred choice.

There is an ice cream waiting.

that's an absurd argument and you know it. lol. you can reserve a shopping session in New York. Up to 15 min. As I stated multiple times, they allowed me in when I stated the purpose of my visit. You can complain all you want, and we're trying to help you, but you're refusing to accept it.

You'd accomplish a lot more by contacting Apple and telling them about your poor experience from your visit.
