Hi, as it turns out you can examine them if you have a buying reservation. This was not mentioned when I stated my business and was allowed in to potentially examine the phone.Well you can't do that, as you've very vocally let us know. This is the next best option.

When I went into the Apple Store in Los Angeles County, I was only able to pickup the 12 Pro and the Apple genius person said that normally they would transfer data from the old phone but due to the pandemic, they are offering a virtual meeting online to help with setup, transfer, etc...
They pushed me out in less than 3 minutes after taking my temp, sanitizing my hands, etc...
Now, today starts a more stringent restriction in our county:
