The time taken to evaluate life decisions is inversely proportional to the amount of lag you perceive.

I am rolling back to 10.3.3 for the time being. Will install 11 and set as new to see if it has happened due to update or not.

I meant i was re-evaluating how i reached a point in my life that i am spending time out of my day watching videos some anonymous guy’s finger opening and closing apps and complaining about what literally amounts to FRACTIONS OF A SECOND instead of out there banging supermodels or finding a cure for cancer or something

Anyway, im pretty sure it has to do with the phone waiting for another “click” or not, so im not sure if your concerns will ever be “fixed” to your satisfaction. Maybe time to preorder an X?

That “fraction of a second” causes the 7 Plus to respond slower than the 6. The excuses just keep rolling in.

This has to be one of the strangest complaints I have ever seen. I couldn't care less about this, like not a single ounce of care more. In fact reading this thread and commenting removes my will to live a little bit more.

I'm glad I don't produce any product for public consumption, people are so nit picky and absurd these days it would drive me to suicide.

Its been like this ever since IOS 7. It takes apple until .2 build to get things smoothed out.
IMO they should wait a bit longer for releases, the team obviously needs more time.

Bugs are found faster as the user base grows, there is a point in time where you just have to release and fix things later.

No ones perfect, but IMO Scott would have been better than Cook.

Scott would have been better than Cook!? As CEO? Is this a joke? Why didn't SJ name him temporary CEO the first time he got sick then? Do you think he might have known something you don't?

Cook has always been great with logistic...so COO made sense.

The truth us you have no idea what would have happened if Scott took the reigns. It's just as likely be would have run the whole thing into the ground.
Truth is, YOU wouldn't know what Apple would be if Scott did take over.

Obviously I dont know, but I think he would have been better. You also have no idea...

But if you listen how Scott talks you can hear the passion. Tim just forces it and comes out weird.

What is happening? I click the home button, it takes a full second on my IPHONE 7 PLUS to even go home. All the animations are jerky and choppy. I don't think Steve would have allowed this to be released in its current state.

It takes half a second and it is, very likely a bug. There’s a thread about it.

PS “Steve would/wouldn’t have” is a guaranteed way to make your thread worthless.

In the first minutes after the update I did notice some jerkiness here and there. After a while it's like everything came into place so to speak, now it's really snappy and fast. 7+ as well.
