Apple is going to release new iPad Pro at WWDC

I disagree. That's actually a very good indicator that it's actually going to be announced. The timing is a little odd processor wise, but it'll be nice to have a new iPad (I don't consider the 2017 version) after such a long drought
It's a case maker they do make cases based off of rumours and release dates don't necessarily line up with an actual Apple release/announcement. It's a weird time to be announcing the 10.5" iPad Pro considering it's suppose to have a bezel less design and the fingerprint reader is rumoured to be going under the display, by announcing at WWDC they would be doing so before the iPhone 8 which is rumoured to have the same bezelless design and Apple won't want to take the attention/impact away from the iPhone. Also Apple don't announce iPads at WWDC it's been a software keynote for a few years now.
The iPhone does not have True Tone display so that makes no sense.
It's still a very strong manufacturing commitment to rely on a "guess" if there wasn't substantial reason to believe the guess is likely.
I don't disagree that the timing is weird, but Apple has always been very random with iPad releases (iPad 3 / iPad 4 / iPad Pro 9.7" / new iPad), so them pulling off another random thing with iPads would not surprise me.
The only thing that is very reliable in terms of timing is the iPhone, which is invariably announced in September every year ever since the iPhone 4.
But I don't think Apple tells these manufacturers that they are releasing an iPad and when, I still think it's based on guess work but I could be wrong, we don't have long to find out but I still think we will see iPads in September rather than WWDC.
For certain partners they will. UAG isn't one of the run-of-the-mill Chinese case manufacturer's that will pump out cheap $3 cases based on rumors. Assuming that picture isn't fake, it seems to lean towards a WWDC announcement.

We have no bezel-less design on the iphone also, but are speculating about it.

It's more or less certain that there will be a bezel less design on the iPhone 8! the most reliable leakers have been commenting on it for a while now, there have also been leaks about it. Releasing the 10.5" iPad Pro before the iPhone 8 would upstage thr iPhone something I don't see Apple doing especially with it being their most popular and profitable product. The iPad Pro's will more than likely be announced in September! If anything is to be announced at WWDC it will be the Siri speaker and even that's not certain.

Where are you getting this information? source please. Any news on the Apple Pencil 2? i still doubt WWDC but if you can give a source I'm willing to be open minded.
You know, that's something we haven't thought about. What if the 10.5" replacement for the 9.7" Pro is the same form factor but just larger (and not the 10.5" screen squeezed into the bezel-less 9.7"). No rumours have really pointed to that. But it wouldn't be out of the realm of possibility for Apple to update the 10.5 and 12.9 in such a manner, and then do a redesign next year.
Release in june is possible. 9to5mac reported today that the case manufacturer Urban Armor Gear is preparing for a 10.5" iPad case release in june which is already listed in a stock System of an authorized Apple reseller.

I've literally just purchased a iPad Pro 12.9 for studying, not sure whether to return as in 14 day window still.
WWDC is coming up soon... well depends on your needs
If you need it now, keep it I think. Otherwise if you can hold off, waiting for WWDC may be a good option. If it still doesn't appear then, I think just grab whatever's available.Before the UA Gear post, I didn't actually give this thread much credibility (I didn't have much faith in the other one as well, where the OP vanished).
