That happens on stand alone devices like Garmin Nuvis too... it's not just Apple Maps...(always had me just a little "behind" from where I was...made turning onto close streets a real pain).

I have been waiting on this. Maps on MAC has had it but iOS needed it.Someone pointed it out in the what's new thread locked above...but showing the weather on the bottom right hand corner of the map is awesome!
Okay...poi's still need a lot of work...but really liking it so far. It has been quick in re-routing, spot on with the routes selected...traffic has been accurate...and I have to admit, I love the way the map adjusts to show as much of the planned route as possible instead of simply always pointing the arrow "up" in the direction you are moving. Threw me off at first, but it makes much more sense especially since I use mine in portrait mode in the car.
So damn true! I have no idea how anyone couldn't notice that?!Oh...I know...but Apple Maps was previously so bad it was distracting. I would be turning and it still had me going down the previous street. The delay was brutal. Spot on now.

I opened a thread a few days ago and apparently there are a few people who noticed the same so I guess others just ignore that or don't have that detailed vision
Agreed. It's about frickin' time Apple copied that over from Verizon's AOL's Mapquest app feature set...Someone pointed it out in the what's new thread locked above...but showing the weather on the bottom right hand corner of the map is awesome!
We all know that's not how Tom Kaminski says it!Used it today for fun while on Interstate 287 here in NJ. Siri called it "Interstate Two Hundred Eighty Seven". Hahahaha that has to be a bug.
I believe it's an error.Maps in the UK got a new symbol for One Way Streets, and I really don't like it. It used to be an arrow, now it is an arrow in a rectangle of the same colour. The problem is that you can't tell what it is, because when you zoom in it disappears. The only way to tell what it is, is taking a screenshot and zoom in then.
