Usually the physical is mirrored. If the physical card has the contactless icon, the digital version would inherit it as well.
No, not really. There are some cards that carry that design (in PL for example). All cards I have (HSBC UK, Nationwide, Metro Bank, Monzo and Starling) all have excluded the NFC symbol, as do most other UK banks. The same can be said for banks in France or the US. I don't mind either way. I would just always prefer a 1/1 design copy of the physical card (so the comdirect card would have the NFC symbol).

Same here, non of my UK banks have the logo on them, but I also wished that the 'cards' in the wallet app would always look like the physical card, some do others look completely different.

I though: Yeah, finally! But it's just another "coming soon" email...
If the rumors are true that the banks are informed 7 days before, this could actually mean something. And 29.11. would be a fitting date.

It's been like that around two weeks ago as well.

Sind sie schon seit einigen Tagen. Normal sind diese erst ab Launch über die Webseite bestellbar.

For anyone who wants to try Apple Pay with bunq (maestro and MasterCard): https://twitter.com/bunq/status/1065877626743590913

(It’s an offer for today with bunq premium for free, with €250 spending limit)
This sounds nice. Family members can use it as well. So 3 cards are free right? 3 cards for me and 3 for a family member or 3 cards total? Schufa? No, right? Is there a valid point to go with boon., instead of bunq? Thanks!

No, it is all benefits of bunq premium with 3 catches:
- You have a spending limit of 250 euros a month (I believe only for card payments)
- You get one Mastercard and one Maestro card (not 3 cards that you can just pick the type of)
- Cash withdrawals are 10 cents each

The 250€ limit applies to all card payments, cash withdrawals and also SEPA transfers.

You can choose which cards you want, you have three free cards and you can choose your own combination of cards.

10 Cash withdrawals per month are free.

Also SEPA? That is bad. So, to top it up with an existing bank account is not a good idea, right?

So, am I able to get a Mastercard Debit for my Dad or only an account?

Only outgoing SEPA transfers count against the limit, not incoming.

Yes, you can get a MasterCard Debit for other people. You’re allowed to order up to three cards, no matter 3x Maestro, 3x MC Debit, 2x MC Debit & Maestro etc.
You can also have up to 25 full IBAN accounts.
