40p to use the toilet. Good god. It used to be called spending A penny.
Apple Pay support has made it as far as public toilets now!
What’s the deal with places that advertise Apple Pay but then have a £5 minimum spend to be able to use it?
It’s the law they can’t charge a fee for using a card but they still can refuse card payment under a certain limit. This has been stopped by law now. Businesses aren’t allowed to do that anymore.
Lol
Where is that?

I’d like to know how some businesses can support unlimited payment and some stuck with maximum contactless limit.
Does anybody have any documented info on this?
I guess some of it may boil down to costs and their infrastructure?

Wonder if we’re going to see Apple Pay Cash turned on in the U.K. after the Apple event tonight....

I doubt it, if there is a chance, I assume it will be with the release of iOS 11.3 (which won't be tonight). It especially won't be a topic during the event, as it's focused around education and teaching. Not sure how Apple Pay Cash fits in there
