If it does really launch in 1 hour 20, and the card activation servers are up, I'll nip over to my local 24 hour McDonalds and Subway and film videos at both!
I think we're all excited by the prospect of being able to use it... If we wanted to see a video we could just watch one from the U.S.A?
Based on everyone's knowledge of Json updates etc, is it now looking unlikely it'll be midnight? What's the latest?
Anyone else really excited to wait to see what happens at midnight or just me??

Indeed. A friend of mine at HSBC hasn't heard much internally tonight, although he did say he rarely does. On a positive note, all the Apple Pay settings on customer accounts are up and running.
I don't know when or how often Apple usually refresh the JSON but the server says it was last modified at 8:35pm BST today.
As the US launch required a software update (As the Apple pay software wasn't even on the phones), it was 9am Cupertino time.
58 minutes and counting; hoping I'll be somewhere with signal of Vodafone come Midnight.

As some people's devices will be a bit out of sync, what's the latest the new file could go online for most to catch it at their 00:00 refresh? 11:45pm today?
