Midnight UK time or midnight Cupertino time (which would be 8am here tomorrow morning)?
I would assume GMT as it isn't a global rollout. I suppose we'll know in under two hours.

I think we're all excited by the prospect of being able to use it... If we wanted to see a video we could just watch one from the U.S.A?If it does really launch in 1 hour 20, and the card activation servers are up, I'll nip over to my local 24 hour McDonalds and Subway and film videos at both!
Indeed. A friend of mine at HSBC hasn't heard much internally tonight, although he did say he rarely does. On a positive note, all the Apple Pay settings on customer accounts are up and running.Sadly, I don't think anything will happen... Just a gut feeling.
As the US launch required a software update (As the Apple pay software wasn't even on the phones), it was 9am Cupertino time. What time did it go live in the us? That might be good indicator if midnight launch is likely

Eagarly awaiting midnight, hopefully Apple Pay UK goes live tonight as rumoured so that I can use it to pay for tomorrow's lunch!
I've not been this excited about technology for a while!
It has to happen sometime!Sadly, I don't think anything will happen... Just a gut feeling.

Hopefully in 5 minutes time... Just as I'm outside of Leicester Station with next to no mobile reception :-S

Fingers crossed though.
One minute to go and I've still got 4G.... Refresh, refresh, refresh LOL
