Wish I could say the same for my HSBC visa credit card.
My HSBC Visa Credit Card has been working fine from the day HSBC joined Apple Pay.I don't think the Visa credit cards are supported. MasterCard ones are and my HSBC MasterCard credit card provisioned successfully on both my phone and watch.

Added my Nationwide VISA credit card on day 1 of apple pay and used it several times - including on the watch for a modern buckle at my local store last week.I can confirm the same. From day 1 my HSBC Visa Credit Card and HSBC Debit Card are in my Passbook. Even the second credit card which is attached to the same account, my wifes supplementary card, works from day 1.
Quick question on Apple PAY.
Today, I used Apple Pay for the first time ever on a London Transport bus. I opened up the Passbook app, selected my card and held my thumb on the home button on my iPhone 6, and held my phone to the Oyster terminal on the bus. The transaction went through fine.
However, after I had used it, I received no notification of how much I'd spent, or any kind of email to say what I had used Apple Pay for or anything?! Even in the Passbook app, it just shows the last transaction but it just states the place it was used - not the the time, date, amount or anything?! Even looking under "Transactions" within the Apple Pay settings on the iPhone 6, doesn't show anything (just says no transactions available"?
How are you meant to be able to view the any transactions (without waiting for a bank statement to view them on there)?!
It should show the amount but also depends on the card and bank
I'm sure I have read the for TfL you have to have a check in and a check out which then completes the transaction but I may be wrong.
It should be in Passbook. Select the card you used and the last transaction should show. If you press the i info image it should show all transactions. If its a bus journey, you don't check in and check out - thats only for train journeys. Isn't Apple Pay supposed to show you some kind of notification when you actually use it? All I got was the green light on the Oyster terminal on the bus and a vibration on my phone, and that was it?! Surely there should be a screen somewhere where it shows you the amount you just paid and the date ?

...unfortunately, already tried that, and just tried it again just now. The last transaction (under the image of my card in Passbook) just shows the place it was used and how long ago it was used (doesn't show the amount). Pressing the i button as well, takes me inside the card's settings but again, just displays "No Transactions"

UPDATE: It's now showing my last transaction with the amount I paid - weird because yesterday it wasn't! Perhaps it just takes time to filter through!!
Are we going to see Lloyds + TSB etc additions between now and Wednesday?
It wasn't announced when Apple Pay went live originally. It was leaked.I would be surprised if lloyds did activate between today and tomorrow. I would have thought that they would announce a date a couple of weeks in advance rather than just spring it on us
Well done!!Also used it in Tesco Metro (Kensington High Street) and for my new Apple Watch
Well done!!
I used it in post office and McDonald's both on watch!!
