One neat feature of iOS 9: I saw the i icon next to my Tesco Metro purchase.

Tapped that and it gave me the store details (using Maps data) and listed it as an Apple Pay retailer!

Both my Lloyds cards added fine. Makes HSBC look even more of a joke than before, if that were actually possible. They sent me a letter saying they were a "third-party" and couldn't help me any further. Stuff that.

Added my M&S card to my watch but it fails when trying to add it to the iPhone. Here we go again....

That's because it's via HSBC, so will suffer the same HSBC issues.

Speaking of HSBC, I've now had about 15 letters from them thanking me for activating Apple Pay (or something to that effect). It looks like they're issuing letters every time you activate your card on each device!!! I had some issues with my iPhone and had a couple of replacements and had to do some restores over a 2 week period, so thus they sent me 15 letters!!!!

Just used Apple Pay for the first time today in Superdrug. Very impressed very fast, very smooth. Quicker than paying with cash

No mention in Superdrug they were accepting Apple Pay payment. They had contactless logos near the terminal though, so where you see contactless logos perhaps you can now use Apple Pay now, not sure?

Yes - anywhere that does contactless will take Apple Pay.
The staff may not understand if you ask to pay by apple pay but ask to pay by contactless might work.

Managed to get my Lloyds Visa Debit working at the Co-Op this afternoon on my Watch.

Just a heads up, you need to phone Lloyds Bank to register the card with the phone AND to the watch - not sure if you can do both in one call.
First call sets up card to phone, this frees up the watch to take the card, you then need a second call to register the card against the watch.
A hassle, but only take 2 mins.
