Apple Releases Mac OS X 10.5.5

Any one notice if native iCal and Address Book sync frequency has improved (from Mac to the Cloud) when set to automatic?
If it helps anyone out, I've downloaded 10.5.5, and my MobileMe Sync is working fine, which is the only problem I've read about so far...
Repair Permissions
I wonder why Apple does not give this feedback (With a notify window or so? Or automated in the installer?).
BTW: I'm happy OpenGL is updated. My "old" PM G5 (ATI X800XT) is passing the 2.1 test ;-) Which is great.
Runs great on all my Macs, nice update! I'm just waiting for the Combo now, just in case

Don't forget to repair the permissions. There is a lot of stuff that needs to be corrected after the update.

Same here. Multiple sync attempts have produced no results (I still do have my list of registered users, however).
Mobile Sync is broken for me. My list of registered computers is now gone and sync is no longer working. 3 upgraded machines have the same problem. 1 non-upgraded machine has sync working still.

yep, no problems as of yet. Time Machine is taking it's sweet time backing up, but I'm sure that is because of all the changed system files, etc. etc.
updated to 10.5.5... MobileMe Sync feels the same, updating from iCal to iPod Touch takes forever.
iTunes Not Working
iTunes does not work at all after 10.5.5 update it does not open i have restarted a couple times and tried again but it still doesn't work i guess i will reinstall iTunes but it seems weird that all of this happened just after i "upgraded" to 10.5.5.

Don't bother - this is a totally pointless exercise. It was only need for those who either dual-booted into Mac OS 9 or installed software using some other buggy installers. The rest of the time it doesn't achieve anything worthwhile. Yes some files may appear to have different permissions to those stored in the various BOM files, but generally they can be safely ignored.
I'm not sure I understand? True, you cannot create events on the iPhone and assign them colors. However, the events you created in Mail and assigned colors to also show up on the iPhone. If I add an event (say, Thanksgiving) on the iPhone, there is an option at the bottom of the screen that asks me what event (actually, calendar) I want to add it to. Then when it is pushed to my Mac it will show up under that calendar and color.
Or am I totally off track here?
The problem being that the calendar colour is not synced across from iCal to the iPhone unless you use Mobile Me. This has always been a problem, and Apple haven't done anything about it (and this update still doesn't fix it).
I spent some time on the phone to an Apple Product Specialist yesterday, and he ended up testing it with an iPhone he had there, and he reconed it didn't sync the colours even with Mobile Me (well I tried it out afterwards, and he is wrong - Mobile Me DOES sync the colours, but iTunes doesn't)
