anyone else having issues with the order status page on apple‘s website? I’m getting a loading error, both on the app and on deskto.
 
#ShanghaiGang, got my MBA today (11/12 order date, 16/512). Also got my 11/17 16/256 order today. Relieved to finally have it here! It was a hell of a time tracking flights leaving China with you all! 😂

Finally got a scan from Louisville. I didn’t realize a Canadian shipment would go through there! Somehow I have an updated delivery date of tomorrow afternoon too. Here’s hoping!

chatted with an apple rep today and he said there was no delay so we shall see

I think the past two weeks will be very unforgettable for everyone in #ShanghaiGang, at least for me. I also sharpened my flight tracking skill with flightradar24😀

My credit card hasn't been charged and I ordered on 11/23 MBA Gold 8/8 16/1TB. Its suppose to be delivered Dec 9 - Dec 16th. Its been in processing for a Long Long Time.
 
So what is going on at Apple?
I placed my first order on 11/12. Was given a delivery date of 11/30-12/7. Prior to those dates was reassured by Apple that it would be on time. It wasn’t.
I was given a new delivery date of 12/30-1/7.
Meanwhile my card was charged this morning and status changed to Preparing to Ship.
And just now I get a text and an email saying “Your order will ship in 3-4 weeks”. WTF?
I honestly expected better from Apple.
so I guess I’ll be calling an “expert” or a “genius” or whatever they’re called and if I don’t get a better answer I’m going to cancel.
Waiting 2 months is bad enough. I’m not paying a credit card bill for something I don’t have.

This happened to me. My MBP has been in my town since Thursday night/Friday morning. I finally had a chance to get to the FedEx office. They said it was in a container with hundreds of other packages but said it would be delivered tomorrow. So close yet so far.

Mine ended up out for delivery and delivered today. If I was in Atlanta right now I know it would’ve been held up for days.
