DHL status is stuck on Shipment picked up since the 16th of December. It’s coming from Shenzhen!

Mine has the departure time of 8:49 PM -- and it just so happens that a flight for Anchorage took off exactly at 8:49 PM. So I'm willing to bet we're en route to Anchorage.

does it say shipped from that location? mine arrived there at 4:30pm local time, I wonder if it was on the same plane. I see they landed an hour and a bit ago, but no update on the tracking page. How long was yours at chek lap?

Thanks , but the question I'm asking myself is "why is this label created in The Nederland since all those stuff are built in China?" When I ordered my iPhone 12 I had a tracking from China , then Netherland , and France .

In the spirit of keeping myself occupied, I thought I would provide another update. My mini did in fact make the flight from TW to Anchorage and is now on its way to Kentucky. Unfortunately, the plane took off 45 minutes late and isn't expected to arrive until 12:53am, which means there is almost no way it will make it on to the 1:00am flight to Detroit. it looks like that is the only flight daily, so it probably will get stuck in Louisville for at least 24 hours.

So an interesting twist in the plot:

1:00am - My mini arrived in Louisville at as planned and didn't make the flight to Detroit (no surprise there).

8:30am this morning, I got an update that my delivery was rescheduled for tomorrow (Dec. 18th) from today. This made sense since there is only one UPS flight scheduled between Louisville and Detroit each day.

10:51am - Import Scan (in Louisville). Perfect, now I am ready for tonight's flight to Detroit.

2:04pm - Departed Facility. Hmmm.... that wasn't expected.

5:35pm - Arrived in West Carrollton, OH. Looks like I was wrong all along - it isn't going to be flown up. They are driving it up from Kentucky. Not sure that it makes a difference, but my shipment was global express.

Currently still on track for tomorrow - assuming that they don't let it sit in OH for a couple of days. Only 4 hours away at this point.

My card was charged and my order progressed to "preparing to ship" overnight sometime. Still haven't gotten tracking information from Apple, can't see anything on UPS MyChoice or FedEx Delivery Manager.

My mini finally made it across the Pacific and to Anchorage this afternoon. Doesn't look like it made it out on any of the onward flights to Kentucky this afternoon, and that's broadly consistent with the update this afternoon to Dec.22 delivery (which, as we've seen, is spot on Apple's estimated delivery date on their "shipping" email).

Now though, apparently for sh*ts and giggles, UPS has updated delivery to "Tomorrow, end of day." Which intellectually I think is horsepucky - but emotionally I want that to be true.

Edit: And now it turns out it did make it our of Anchorage, almost certainly on to Louisville, and the timing of the subsequent final leg flight actually gives it a small chance of making this timeline. Ok.

Well Tim Cook might do it, my package shipped from PA a few minutes ago on route to the American Hub. We will see if Apple's estimate of tomorrow was correct or not.

I have no idea how it got there, I assume they bulkshipped a bunch of macbooks to North America from China?

Ordered SG MBA 8/8/16/1 on Nov 18. Original delivery window was 12/4-12/11. Came and went - new delivery window is now 1/14-1/21. I had been stuck in Processing. Finally moved to Preparing to Ship on 12/16.

However, I just got an email from UPS saying delivery is scheduled for tomorrow afternoon (12/18). Apple Order Status has updated to Shipped, but delivery window still shows mid-January. I hate to get my hopes up, but I hope the UPS information is accurate. Order is coming from AI in Lebanon, TN (which confuses me, actually.)

BTW: This is my first MacBook. This MBA is replacing my mid-2017 iMac 27” 5K. Looks like the M1 will blow my old iMac out of the water performance-wise. Even though I’ll be sacrificing screen real estate, I’m looking forward to the portability.

Well, I didn't think I'd go Jack Bauer on this but...

SG 16g/1tb 8core/8core apparently just cleared customs in Anchorage and is in transit at 3:51a Anchorage time today. UPS still says delivery by 9:00pm tonight. But, next UPS flight out of Anchorage isn't until 2:44pm which gets to Louisville tomorrow at midnight.

I hope all of you are having more luck than I am...

16/512 M1 MBA shipped 11 December. Apple estimate 23 December. Initial UPS estimate of 21 December, then 18 December, then 17 December. Shipping to Ontario, Canada.

17 December has come and gone and my tracking went Shanghai->Incheon->Anchorage->Louisville, only to start again at Shanghai and is currently showing up in Louisville a second time with no updates since yesterday.

Called UPS first and they just told me a to file a claim so they can investigate what's going on. Also called Apple who have started a shipping investigation which they said can take a few days and they'll send a replacement if they can't track it down.

Needless to say, I don't think I'm getting this before Christmas....

UPDATE:

so sometime over night (dec 17th early morning) product went from processing to shipped in a few hours. It is now chek lap kok.

Apple says new date of Dec 24th!! And UPS says Dec 21st! It will be coming to Ontario Canada, so not sure if these times are actually accurate

Not sure what is going on, was under the assumption that it would go from ckek lap to anchorage as it looks like thats the common route it takes for UPS. However, mine is now in taoyuan, taiwan... As anyone else had their package go this route? Coming to canada/states?

not uncommon. Looks like Taiwan or Japan are sometimes used as intermediate "hops" across the pacific.
