Mine also left at 2:30. There’s a louisville to vancouver flight at 5am; could be in Vancouver by 7am tomorrow YET delivery still shows dec 29.

Mine has arrived in Louisville as of 12:03am Dec 23. Hopefully It will be shipped out later today. I'm not expecting it before Christmas but it should be here by the Dec 30 UPS delivery date. Even with the holidays.

Mine left Alaska at 12:07AM EST this morning and arrived in Louisville at 9:45AM EST. That's not too far away from me and it's still showing delivery for tomorrow, so fingers crossed...!

Enough wait for me! Canceled my order and picked up a MBP 16gb/1TB at the store...truly wish it was the MBA on same configuration, much prefer the form of the Air and dislike the Touch Bar..but I can live with it...
Maybe the MBA 16gb/1TB will show up at the store before the 8th of January....

Weirdest UPS tracking I've ever seen. Ordered a 16/512GB mini on Dec 15th and Apple said it would deliver on Jan 7th. On the 21st I got an email from Apple saying was shipped and would arrive on Dec 28th. Yesterday I checked the UPS web tracking and it said the 24th. Later that day I got an email from UPS saying the 23rd, Apple's order page still said the 28th. Today I checked and it was back to the 24th on the UPS page/email but the Apple page now said it was out for delivery. UPS came this afternoon with the mini, I guess Apple was right 
Received a notice that a charge from Apple was pending on my credit card. Hopefully this means something is happening. Still shows as "processing".
I got a second FedEx tracking number, only aware of it because I subscribed to FedEx advanced tracking service. The weight of the package is 6lbs, and coming from Grayslake, IL. The Apple tracking info still says Jan 4th, and the track your package link takes me to the original FedEx tracking number. Could this be the M1 MBA?
I also got a email today with my AppleCare registration info, and the warranty starts on Dec 25th.
If the 2nd tracking number isn't Apple, then it's sitting around Shanghai. I noticed most everyone has packages coming via UPS, maybe my experience is different?

Checked my local Apple Store early this a.m. and ordered an M1 16gb / 1 TB MBP for courier delivery this afternoon.

That's a good suggestion. We just have Best Buy here, and earlier today they had 8gb/512gb silver and SG models in stock for pickup today. Rose Gold was delivery only. Now they just have 8gb/256gb MBA models in stock.
There has to be a trickle of inventory hitting shelves. I hope this is Apple doing a last minute push to get as much inventory landed and delivered to customers or store shelves.
I seen an incredible amount of China Air Cargo, Cargo China flights in the air last night. I was guessing/hoping they were hauling consumer electronics. Wouldn't surprise me if Apple's doing a little something this Christmas (in particular), to get these orders from early December to their destinations. I hope the convo went something like this;
"Hi, can I order 84 tons of M1 devices, give me everything you got"
"Hi China Air Cargo/China Cargo, can you deliver 84 tons of consumer electronics to 16 cities across the world?"
"Hi FedEx/UPS Express, can you pickup our packages from the airport and get them to their final destination by Christmas?"
"Yes.."

My Mac mini just got hear! I ordered it on the 13 of December, 10 days later it’s delivered.

Ordered MBA SG/8c/16gb/516gb on Dec. 10th. Card charged. Still says “Processing” on Apple’s site. Hoping it’s a quick turnaround to shipment as it seems they likely have a serial number with my name on it now.

Thank you for mentioning this! I ordered a 16 GB / 1 TB Air on 12/9, but it has never moved past "Processing" in the past two weeks. I've been checking the local Apple Store inventory every now and then, but they never have had it so didn't think they carried this model. Saw your comment, and just checked again on a whim, and my local store had it. Inventory seemed to be available for only about 20 minutes after I noticed it, but I was able to snag one and am typing on it now. Saved me a month of waiting.
Impressions: It is zippy fast. Keyboard is nice improvement over butterfly. Battery life is killer. Runs cool and quiet. Very satisfied. And whoo boy, no fans is nice.

My MM came on 12/23 as promised by UPS. I ordered on 12/11 and was told 1/5, so I have no complaints.
For anyone who hasn’t ordered a monitor yet, I have the LG 32UN650-W and it works. If anything goes wonky, I’ll update this, but so far, so good.

Yay! My mini left HK and should be arriving on Dec 28! Can't wait. I mean I already have an M1 mini but it's a 8GB and I ordered another one with 16GB due to memory issues, so I'm gonna sell the 8GB soon after. Docker and other things will be happier
I just realized yesterday that my local Best Buy had this exact model in stock so I cancelled the order and bought it from Best Buy. I'm picking it up today.

Just arrived! 16GB/2TB MBP! I have never received a UPS delivery this early (11am), and it was dropped off by someone in a black minivan with a blinking yellow light on top, I guess a temporary UPS delivery driver.
I also had to sign for it, so be sure you are home and ready on your delivery day.
It beat Apple’s delivery estimate of December 30/31 by almost a week.
Ordered on November 28, arrived December 24.
